I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. There were multiple employees present, but only one was actually working while the others were in the back talking. This caused an unnecessary long wait.
What made the situation worse was the unprofessional behavior. While customers were waiting, the employees were only involved in their conversation, not aware of our presence and it felt disrespectful and unprofessional.
I understand work can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with respect. Management needs to address both staffing accountability and customer service, because this experience was not acceptable.

I went through the drive-thru, late at night. Was looking for a Dunkin nearby that was OPEN, and I was SO nervous that the search result was only referring to the GAS STATION, being open 25hrs, but sure enough, the Dunkin was open, and SOO friendly!! REALLY made me happy after an extremely long and rough day! (The drink, AND the customer service!! 5☆s!! Thank youuu!! The gentleman at the window, totally turned my day around! Much appreciated!!! I only wish I had some more cash, to have tipped better!! But, hopefully this review helps!!)

Just was at Dunkin to order food 3 girls had this one poor girl doing everything while they sat on the back on there phones talking. The other girl was doing drive through and trying to make coffees for everyone. I spoke up and they all started working that’s unreal.

Hello, I would like the share that this Dunkin is a complete disaster. The source of this issue leads up to the manager. Something really needs to be done. It is a shorter lady I believe her name started with an N. She has no management skills. The way she treats her employees is disgusting. She is not just disrespectful to her employees but to customers as well. I’ve witnessed this consistently. I come in countless times before work and it’s always something with that lady. I don’t know if she is being allowed to treat people like this but something has to be done. I’ve seen her disrespect her crew which seems to consist of a younger majority. There was a time where I didn’t see her and figured that they got to the bottom of it however I went back and she is still there and her attitude is still bad. She abuses her power. I see new faces almost everyday they come and go. Please do something the hire ups needs to be informed.

Not only did they charge me 10 dollars for a cup of ice and never called me back after giving them all my info to make things right. They get my order wrong 50% of the time and to make things worse i get parchment paper on my sandwich? Can things be any worse. The manager never even apologized about over charging me for a cup of ice. Something is wrong with this dunkin

was in drive thru for 30+ minutes. asked the worker to read back our order (read it back correct) still gave us the wrong food/order. staff was incompetent and rude. will not be going back to that location.

I feel like this is the only Dunkin in this area that does it right anymore. Staff is great. Coffee is always great. Best managed Dunkin in new Britain or Newington.

Spent at least a half hour in the drive thru for 4 cars, it seems unrealistic but I’m not joking. I’m not saying it’s exactly the employees fault but having to wait this long is unacceptable.

I placed an order on DoorDash for me and my staff only to get told by the employee that she was not making the order because it was too big of an order… I never knew it was OK too REFUSE A PAYING CUSTOMER and it wasn’t like she didn’t have the product because she did…. I tried to call NO ANSWER and then my driver called with on the phone and she flat out told NO SHE IS NOT MAKING THE ORDER BECAUSE SHE IS ALONE again that’s not my problem thats a staffing issue and I don’t work there…. Another thing is if being alone is an excuse to not want to do the work then find another job or have the manager turn off the delivery service since you won’t be able to handle the few customer’s that come there every hour or so for coffee or doughnuts… lastly I’ve been there late night and that place is dead…… P.S. don’t worry another Dunkin’ took my $100 order and $50 tip sorry you missed out!!!!

Boyfriend literally showed the workers the order on his phone from my texts. It clearly said Small Iced DECAF caramel iced coffee but I received a regular/caffeinated coffee no caramel at all. Wasted money because I don’t drink unflavored coffee nor do I drink caffeine because of my ADHD. How do you mess up an order when you read it off a phone?
