El Maguey is the most welcoming spot in town. We are always greeted like family with a smile whether it’s dinner with the old folks or just the wife and I for lunch.
The food is always hot, delicious, and rarely much of a wait even during busy times.
Our server recommended Quesabirria a couple days ago and they are my new favorite thing on the menu.

Nice restaurant, furniture, and atmosphere. The food was good, but not great. There was too much grease in the fajitas, which overpowered the taste of the vegetables. The guacamole, chips and salsa were good. The service was good.

They did a great job with accommodating our group. We did get there at the tail end of the lunch crowd on a Friday. The service was great and the food was too. We didn’t feel rushed to leave since the lunch crowd was gone, so it was nice to visit with family and friends.

Good service, but language can be a bit of a barrier to effective communication when ordering. Food was great and they have a broad menu of typical tex-mex dishes. Parking is convenient and plentiful.

We are a late lunch there today. I had the chicken fajita and my wife had the wet burrito. Both the quantity and quality of the food was awesome. The price was very reasonable too, only $9.99 each. Our server kept our drinks full and our whole experience was enjoyable. If you’re in Boonville and hungry, give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.
