The portions were large. Out of a party of 4, not a single meal was finished at the restaurant. The clam chowder was good. Both parties that got a beef entrée said there was no grisle and the meet was done well. The waitress was friendly and remembered everything.

What a secret gem in Woodburn. Best soup I’ve had in ages. So homemade and well prepared. We split a delicious French dip too. Not salty at all. Next time I’d love to try some homemade baked goods. Their staff is so nice and the view of the golf course is great. Windows everywhere. It was even fun on a stormy day. Don’t be dissuaded by the senior living community sign. Give it a shot and be pleasantly surprised. You aren’t likely to find better in Woodburn or anywhere nearby.

I like it here. I usually just order food to go but last time I ate inside. The lady who owns it was warm and friendly and my server was kind. I love that they have such a large menu and anything I’ve had has been pretty good. I can’t wait to go back for prime rib. I would go right now, but I’ve already had dinner this evening. I just now remembered that today is Friday. Oh well, I’ll have to go next week.

It’s a nice place beside a golf course. Most of the customers are locals and everyone knows every one!
Their food is good and delicious. I ordered hash and beefcorn and it was really awesome. My wife got the waffle and that was great too.

This is a cozy little restaurant located on the grounds of the Woodburn Estates & Golf which is a retirement community. It appears to be very popular among the residents and the food is great! When the corned beef says it’s not from a can You know you’re going to get a great breakfast! And that we did! Everything was delicious! We’ll be back again if ever in the neighborhood.
