I placed an online order at 7:45 last night. My order went through and I received a confirmation email. My husband was going to pick up my order on his way home from a near by store. He called me at 7:55 and told me the door to the restaurant was locked, he could see a man cleaning and there was no one else inside. He stood there at the door and the guy cleaning didn’t acknowledge him. I called the number listed on Google, as it said they were open until 10:00. A man answered my call and informed me that they had run out of bread 20 minutes prior and he “didn’t feel like making more” so he decided to close early. I told him I placed an online order and had already paid. At that point he asked if my name was Sarah, I confirmed and then he told me he refunded me. It seemed as if he had my information sitting in front of him but didn’t do anything prior to me calling to inform me of my order not being fulfilled.

Fortunately, my husband was close to the restaurant and planned to grab my order, otherwise I would have driven all the way to the restaurant to be met with subpar customer service and disappointment.

Don’t order from this location. It will be wrong and you won’t get your money back.
I have never heard back from the location owner regarding a bad order.
On Monday 3/10 I ordered a giant toasted chicken and bacon and it was not toasted and the lettuce was rancid. I also ordered chips and a drink and the chips were not the ones I ordered and they did not deliver a drink. I tried to call the location multiple times over the course of that week and their phones were not working. On Thursday I finally contacted corporate and they stated I would hear back from the franchise owner. 2 days later I still had not heard from them so I followed up with corporate. I finally got a call from the general manager on the following Monday 3/17. The manager told me he had “refunded my purchase already” and “sent me proof” however I have never seen the refund posted to my bank account as of today 3/28.
Today I thought I would try to give them a chance for redemption and ordered a toasted ultimate Italian. I recieved a totally different sandwich.
I will be contacting corporate again regarding this location and how incredibly disappointing it is. Would love if the actual location owner would care enough to call costumers when there is a problem.

This must be the worst Jimmy John’s in existence. The only reason I gave them two stars is because I like Jimmy John’s in general.

I ordered it for lunch today because I had a free sandwich for my birthday. When I went to redeem the free sandwich it would not show up/apply online to my order. So, I paid for the sandwich and ordered it anyway because I did not bring my lunch and no longer had time to leave.

I have to say that today was a better experience than most days. I ordered the smaller sized sandwich, and it was actually a decent size. They did not put the correct items on the sandwich, and forgot the packets of mayonnaise and mustard which I had requested.

This particular location consistently messes up orders and forgets side items and drinks. Unfortunately it happens to be the closest one that will deliver to my job. Otherwise I would never eat here again.

Update: bread was available; but not the meat. I guess there brother company has it…

I came in around 8:30 pm. There were two young men working. No one greeted me but at this point I’d go insane expecting any customer service in Atlanta. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and paid. As I made my drink, the young man making my order told me they didn’t have provolone cheese and I could instead get SHREDDED PARMESAN. I asked how do you run out of provolone sliced cheese at a sandwich shop and he responded we just haven’t cut more. We stared at each other for a few seconds and I requested a refund. Why would you stand in my face AFTER I paid, to say I have the ingredients to make your sandwich I just don’t feel like doing it for you. I will never return to this location.

Good service when walked in. They didn’t have any money so I had to use credit. I ordered a unwhich tuna club but it was the worse sandwich I have ever got from Jimmy John’s. For an $8 sandwich I expect to see tuna on it. It had maybe a spoonful of tuna and a whole head of lettuce. Complete waste of money.

Went there for a pickup order and got there and there was no bread and only guy working. He said they ran out and he was left alone but he made all new bread and that it was baking and would be 15 minutes. He was very nice and patient even though he had every reason to crash out with all the people coming in and getting frustrated at him. I decided to wait it out and he was super communicative keeping me in the loop for when the bread would be done. After the wait, he offered us drinks with our sandwiches. I didn’t get his name on a receipt since we had a mobile pickup but even though the wait was inconvenient, I applaud him for still having great customer service in a stressful situation. Would definitely return solely because of that.
