Francisca is small and cozy. The service was friendly and felt personal. The food was excellent and different from anything else in the area. The focaccia was perfect. Th3 beer salad was fresh and flavor. The pasta with mushrooms was surprisingly light andv5he lamb meatballs were a hit. The wine list is extensive.

What an awesome experience! After trying to walk in on a couple busy nights, we wised up and made a reservation for a special occasion. The food, wine, decor, service and ambiance were all top notch. It exceeded our very high expectations and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a lovely dinner at Franciska’s. The empanadas, pasta, and the Milanese were perfect for food. The red wine we had was different than what we normally get but it was carefully curated to us by Alejandro and we loved it! They also had fresh razor clam ceviche as the special that day and it was the perfect start to dinner.

Lovely small restaurant with a terrific wine menu. Great small plates and a couple of large plates. Unfortunately, one of the two large plates they had was unavailable, one of the small places unavailable, and the other large plate had to be substituted with the different kind of pasta. Very odd for a very small restaurant to be out of this stuff..

I can only review phone customer service as I never made it to the restaurant . Booked my reservation on open table and unfortunately an emergency came up and I would not be able to make my reservation. I tried to cancel on open table and it showed I needed to call restaurant but it was thanksgiving day and they were closed. I left a message at restaurant and also sent message to them through open table. I did not receive any call back until the day of reservation 1.5 hours before time. Person on the phone was RUDE and only kept stating that it was a small restaurant and that a $25 per head fee will be charged. I understand certain circumstances but I did best effort to cancel in the time frame allotted but it was thanksgiving and they did not respond accordingly.

We were excited to check out this new local, cute spot and were not disappointed! The menu is small but everything we ate was excellent. The steak was outstanding! It’s a tiny space so make a reservation. We were able to try different wines, which was fun. So refreshing to dine at a new spot where attention to detail and quality was top notch!

One of my favorite spots I found while visiting Portland. Great selection of wine, very friendly staff, and the music/vibe is great. Everything I look for at a wine bar was found here! Check it out!

The loveliest vibe! We walked in for a spontaneous dinner. Sat at the bar and the bartender was fabulous. She helped us pick a delicious Half bottle of red and white. We had the bread and butter which was 10/10. Loved the empanada, burrata and cavatelli. The coziest and warmest vibes! Tucked away but worth the walk!
