I highly recommend this Wendy’s location. The staff were patient while we were selecting our food items and were also professional and kind. The food tasted fresh and was delicious! The restaurant itself was immaculate. I haven’t seen a fast food establishment look that clean in a long while. The atmosphere was wonderful and fun music playing in the background that my 8 year old daughter really enjoyed! The owner of this Wendy’s should be so proud of the staff running it. Just wow!!

The Wendy’s on w.Jackson is absolutely terrible staff really hate their job, not friendly and don’t listen. Last visit asked for my salad with no cheese because I cant have dairy, and they were to lazy to make it. Gave me a pre-made one that had been sitting. My fries that were ordered were old and hard. Like I said, lazy.

i went threw the drive thru the girl doing orders with purple hair was rude, i work in restaurant also and you can have bad days and get annoyed serving the public but if you are unable to do the job with customer service requirements then find other ways to work that don’t interact with customers.. i ordered spicy chicken meal and it was not worth the cost ,the chicken is not cooked fully and the lettuce was the stem and bad spots, the tomato still had the top green and was white.. normally id make do with what i could eat but pink chicken isn’t worth the risk even being hungry! my name is Lesli Grove and i do apology for complaining and normally don’t but i as hungry and spent the only money i had until payday on this meal. can i get a refund tomm for this ? i can bring it back if i need to

Paul took our order and he was fantastic! We stopped coming for awhile due to inconsistencies with the evening shift. He made our visit amazing. He asked options I didn’t know if had with my sandwich, checked on us, and made sure everyone had what they needed. Very pleased with his service!

The young man did not listen to my order. When brought to his attention he took it again and completely messed it up again. Please check your orders before you drive away. They were very slow at the time. This location is normally my go to.

Served us nicely and food was prepared well. Me and my 4 yr old son love eating here bc the nuggets are better than McDonalds and I can eat a salad or chicken wrap (HUGE, not smáll like other restaurants)!

Their RADIO however, didn’t really play any songs… Just on commercials the whole two last times being there! It’s funny bc it’s Sirius Radio, but played commercials the whole last two times being there!

The manager Rebecca is the worst person I have ever come into contact with. Especially as a manager who is supposed to ensure customer satisfaction. Last five times I’ve gone my order has been entirely wrong or just missing half my items. I’m always nice and work in food myself so I understand accidents happen. However, every time I’ve had to fix it Rebecca doesn’t say a word other than “give me the wrong items” and then holds the trash can up to throw it away in my face. Like I dont want the wrong thing anyways but it’s so passive aggressive. Doesn’t say “I’m sorry about that let me fix it” even when handing my correct items back she basically shoves them at you then walks away without a kind word. It’s to everyone I know too, not just a me thing. One time I asked for ketchup at the window and she got mad at me and said “you need to be asking at the speaker so you don’t waste our time.” Then handed me one ketchup packet. I don’t know how it went this downhill this fast, but the customer service at this location is straight trash. It’s trickled down to all of the employees who straight up ignore you and act rude. Do not waste your time here.

Constantly got my order wrong, just now ordered a baconator and wanted only ketchup and bacon for the toppings. Got no bacon on a baconator and all the toppings except what I wanted. Didn’t even give me a receipt in the bag to fix it when I saw it 30 minutes later. All the bacon for the baconator on top of the burger
