I found a strand of hair in my cheese pizza a couple weeks ago. spoke to a Jessica on the phone she stated she’d put a credit on my number. couple weeks later i tried to pick up the replacement and an middle aged white man with few teeth whom i spoken to was very shaken and defensive quickly. I asked to speak to jessica. he stated” i can’t give out my employees names” while shaking with a trembling voice which was strange because that’s not what i asked . I began to show him the picture and he stayed “ i can take pictures too.” “u did not order from this store”
i don’t know what the defensiveness was from considering i was very calm and had a low tone and he still asked me to speak lower. do not eat here. 0/10 !!

This Papa Johns was my go to pizza place, but after today order not anymore, dont hate on me but I always order cheese and grilled chicken with pineapple pizza and its usually around 28-32$ 34$ when i add tip but when i was ordering today it was 37 dollars no tip included, that is ridiculous, so i cancelled the order. when i ordered the EXACT same thing at Dominos it was 21$ no tip included by the way. ALSO the cashier was VERY disrespectful, she had this mood in her voice but i was just thinking “maybe she had a bad day” but soon i had little to no empathy for her, she told my order then tried hanging up the phone without even telling me the price, then she hung up when i was trying to ask for a discount, seriously not tryna be rude but fix that attitude. Dominos may be my new go to area now.

I usually let things pass…..not this! I going to call corporate as well as write this posting. 1.Let’s start with the pizza it looked as if it rolled around it the back seat of the drive’s car. 2. I called the location and asked for the manager (BIG MISTAKE) Alexis stated she was the manager, I explained to her what the pizza looked like, she told me I don’t think the driver would do anything to it. 3. I asked if I could send her some pics.(No!) She asked for the delivery address and told me looks as if I get pizza and only pay the delivery fee. Since she went there..miss smart self! If I am able to use points all the time that means I order a lot (common sense miss manager) 4. So, instead of just saying I apologize about the way the pizza was delivered she wants to tell me and my purchase history which is not the point (miss manager) I never asked for anything. Oh yeah, It was burnt as well! And Alexis also stated when I told her I was going reach out to the GM and Corp. she would give me the number…Don’t have a Excellent Customer Service 101 1.Listen 2. Apologize 3. Offer something 4.Solution : A company CAN’T fix a problem if it is never addressed. It is a shame that Amy the General Manager is away and small things like this happen. She may need to be re-trained in customer service! And yes I’m going to add pics everyone can see the proof. And it is sad that I was mistreated over a pizza…..Thank you I will go hungry next time!

ordered online and it said 32 – 42 minutes and i live close. took an hour to get here though it was out the oven for at least 25 minutes before it went out for delivery. so it is cold. simple order. LIGHT cheese, pepperoni and salami. there is so much cheese on top and it was barely melted so when i tried to take some off it just came off in clumps. now i remember why i don’t order from here anymore. waste of my hard earned money. a tortinos woulda been better.

When considering my most recent experience, our pizzas were all-in-all fairly good (opinion naturally varying here in accordance with one’s general liking (or nah) of Papa Johns). However, both large pizzas that comprised our order were more-or-less botched…

When customizing our order, a few friends and I chose to order two pizzas and ‘split’ both pizzas into two separate halves, each having its own unique set of toppings—this gave us more variety as we all preferred different various toppings. When ordering via the app, splitting a pizza in this way is absolutely no biggie… when the ordering cadence asks you to choose your desired toppings, you simply click the icon illustrating a ‘split’ pizza with two separate halves (vs. default selection—an icon depicting a whole pizza receiving a single set of toppings) and proceed by selecting your desired toppings for each half/side.

To be succinct… when our order arrived and was subsequently unboxed, it was quite clear that the ONLY similarity between what we ordered and what was actually delivered was the # of pizzas. ‍♂️

I do not suggest this location if you are getting delivery. I ordered 3 pizzas 1 was a large thin crust pepperoni extra cheese no sauce at 11:20ish I did not get my pizza till 1:57. After this long wait I recieved 3 cold pizzas and mine the no sauce 1 had sauce I managed to get ahold of the facility before the closed at 2 and nicely told them hey this is what happened and they gave me credit for the wrong pizza. I again ordered today I only had to wait about 30 min and my pizza was here but again with sauce and cold they even tried to charge me a delivery fee again. I know it seems like sauce not on a pizza doesnt sound like a big deal but that’s two pizzas gone 2 waste because I cant stand red sauce.

The pizza should have been half pep and pineapple and half hamburger and extra cheese. It was more like 70/30 with no pepperoni and looked like a third grader tried to slice it. TBH, the manager did offer replacement/credit after I called, but there is no excuse for this level of quality and the meal for the night was ruined.

I was told that the online service isn’t working and that I needed to order by phone. Lady on the phone said that a 1 large pepperoni pizza would be 27 dollars delivered. I said id wait to order when the online service started working. Got an email saying pizza was being delivered and got hung up on 7 times in a row when pressing option 5 on the phone. Option 5 is the cancelation button.

I’m very disappointed in my order I paid $51.39 and tipped the delivery driver on the site. I put specific details about my apt and the apt#. I even called to check on my order because I was waiting 15 minutes or even more for my delivery and they said it was getting delivered. Next thing you know my order got canceled and I tried speaking to Tim the manager who was very rude and tried to accuse me that I didn’t put the correct info to my address and they have called me which I didn’t get a call. I never had this problem with any other delivery services. I’m never ordering at that location again.

Placed online order on three separate occasions over the past couple weeks. Order was placed through almaville Rd store, but somehow ended up going through Nissan. The orders never arrived. Followed tracking and door dash took to a totally different address, that appeared the be on the other side of town. Door dash driver on the last order called a d all I could understand was he didn’t speak English. Called manager. Said they would remake order and resend. An hour later, I still had no order. Called manager again and he offered a store credit. Told him I was done with Papa John’s and I wanted a refund because I would not be ordering again. He said he would block orders from my number. Not a problem there, because I would not be calling.
We have had this address for twenty years and used Papa John’s and not until door dash have we had delivery issues.
I also called their corporate office to file a complaint and was told someone from the management team within 48 hours. It’s now been a week and still no call. Apparently, not interested in losing a customer. There are two different people that place orders from this address. Mine are small orders, but my brother usually orders anywhere from $70-$100.
