While visiting Altoona, we found this little gem after a Google search. It had great reviews, which is what convinced us to pick it. The food was fantastic and the staff were so, so friendly! We tried the shrimp bento box, steak hibachi and 2 sushi rolls. All were great! Definitely try it if you love Asian cuisine!

If you’re vegan, just ask for no eggs and add tofu or ask them what they can make vegan.
They also have snacks from their country, it’s pretty awesome.
Clean restaurant, but rather small seating area. However, it’s still a nice spot.
It’s part of an outdoor plaza, so there is shopping in the area if you’re interested.

I stopped here while driving through and it was amazing! The lady who took my order was extremely friendly and had great conversation. I got a boba Thai tea, house salad, crab Rangoon, and pork pho. EVERYTHING was incredible!!! I got a lot of extra sauces for free and extra cilantro on the side. They also don’t have the pork as an option for the pho on the menu but they graciously made it for me anyways. I got my food very fast and enjoyed every bite. 10/10!!

After just spending like $25 plus clothes to 40 for the delivery an extra 10 for the tip to make sure they don’t spit in it or anything and the Mizzou soap was called and the sushi let’s just say I couldn’t tell one kind From Another Kind it all literally tasted and looked the same. I asked for extra soy sauce and miso and Wasabi and I got a half-filled tiny container of soy no extra Wassabi of course and honestly I got three different kinds of rolls and I still cannot tell the difference between one roll and another roll they all taste identical. With the added cost for the delivery from even local places I really do not think I will order again from this establishment

food is great! service is fantastic! prices are up there but the quality meets the price point.
if you enjoy Asian food then check them out! make sure to try a Boba tea or a marble soda. they have a nice selection of foreign drinks. the aloe drinks are a safe bet if you aren’t super adventurous.

I’ve come here a few times on my lunch break and I have yet to have anything that I didn’t like. I love their Pho, the ramen is good, and the sushi is super super yummy. The staff are always really nice when I go in!! I would recommend little Tokyo if you’re looking for some good Asian cuisine!

I’m from out of state and our family eats a lot of Japanese food where we live out west. Some of the family enjoyed this place and the subtle differences from the sushi/ramen we normally eat…while some did not. There were as many negatives as positives: The tempura sweet potato roll was kind of soggy. Not sure the tempura ever got crispy. The broth to the spicy miso ramen was not spicy but was actually pretty tasty! The noodles and other accoutrements in the bowl were all pretty average. The rainbow roll was decent but maybe not the freshest. The taro boba was real sweet, the taste was pretty good otherwise. The boba themselves were a bit shriveled and kinda funky. The staff was kind. The location was convenient. The order was all to spec and done quickly. Would come back.
