Came in at 10:03. They open at 10am so Ofcourse I was expecting some prep still being done. But no they start full prep and cooking at 10. Not sure what manager runs this location but that doesn’t seem to be a good idea. Not only that when I walked in ALL FOUR employees ignored the heck out of me and didn’t even look my way as I stood looking silly with no food to buy.
I asked a girl prepping tea do they really start serving at 10:30 and she seemed hesitant to even turn and acknowledge me and said yes.
So please just change the store hours.
I’m highly disappointed cuz I had a coupon and had 0 options to purchase other than only the broccoli being ready.
I went back and took pictures after the obvious coldness from the staff and girl I spoke to. Clearly making it clear to me Im a bother as a customer during open hours. And as you can see only one more item was ready.
If you’re behind in prep because someone called out or the scheduling manager didnt plan that day at least be nice to customers that walk in. Just a hello will suffice.

As you can see I order 3 portions of kung po chicken . Was given the wrong thing I didn’t see until I got home . I was given what I believed orange chicken . I tried to call the store 3 different times to see if the store can make it better or fix it . No one ever answers the phone . Highly disappointed as you can clearly see on the receipt and was given the wrong thing .

Drive thru (my only option at 9:10pm, hours should be extended) service was joyful, helpful for what options I had left right before closing. Food was just ok. However service will bring me back if I get off work in time.

Can’t explain how amazing the catering is.. the amount of food provided is absolutely amazing I fed over 30 ppl with enough leftovers and we like our food. Hot and fresh and the price can’t be beat!!! Extremely happy and impressed and they will be going in our rotation for our weekly catering

I arrived at Panda Express around 8 PM, expecting to grab dinner before they closed, but I was really disappointed. The chairs were already up on the tables, most of the food on the line was gone, and they were only offering made-to-order items that would take about 8 minutes each to cook. They were also completely out of white rice, chow mein, super greens, shrimp, pepper steak, and several other options.
For a location that’s supposed to stay open for another two hours, it looked and felt like they were already closed. After driving 30 minutes to get there, it was frustrating to see the place practically shut down early. Definitely not the experience I expected from Panda Express.

Tried to do a pickup order using the app tonight. Got error messages making it look like it didn’t go through. No confirmation text or email. It was timed for a 4:15 pickup. Then got two texts at 3:58 saying the food was ready. So my food was sitting there cooling off for more than 15 minutes before scheduled pickup? Showed up to find out they’d gotten the order after all… twice. Had to argue with an employee that I was not taking the second order, and then she awkwardly walked off after telling me to wait, and started ringing someone up. Someone else came and told me I was good to go. Got home to find that 2 of the 3 meals were wrong. I’m not sure how you mess up reading the sticker that says what goes in the box and then putting that item in the box. That concept shouldn’t even require training. Checked my credit card that evening and found I’d been charged twice. Pretty much the worst Panda Express experience I’ve ever had.

The kids they hire especially the females omg… r beyond help … I asked and paid for two items and when I opened it on the bottom of my string bean chicken was leftover mushroom chicken minus the mushrooms… and they did not give me the 4 spring rolls I ordered and paid for ‼️The manager isn’t in .. they’re not answering the phones.. the cook was the only one with manners or any sense .. Let me start off with saying I eat my veggies and don’t need nobody forcing me to, Panda! That said, I ordered a bigger plate today and after I got up to the window I was told it would be a 20 min wait for spring rolls so I asked him to take them off. All was fine after that little mishap until I got down the road and opened my box. Upon taking a closer look while at a stop light, I find the honey chicken I ordered must have left the box. Nowhere to be found. All I see is the side of veggies that come mixed with it. You ain’t gonna tell me that y’all didn’t notice you only gave me veggies, yet, I paid for chicken!! Nope. Little frustrated and disappointed with this situation, as that was for my little one AND I paid for it. I would’ve went back but it was pouring outside and I needed to get home. Come on, Panda. Your prices are already high and then to gyp me was so wrong lol Response with a refund or gift card, I hope? Or you can even give me honey chicken for life if you’d like! Other than that, the food was alright that I did get. Not the best but not the worst I’ve had here. Just check your boxes before leaving as I definitely will next time!

We ordered through DoorDash and not only was it extremely overpriced, but it took over an hour to arrive. Unfortunately, it was not worth the wait. Both “medium” portions were ridiculously small and both were dry as a bone. The “Beef” and Broccoli consisted of mainly huge chunks uncooked broccoli and 4 mini paper thin bite-sized pieces of beef with no sauce. The Sesame Chicken was hard and dry, and had no sauce. The fried rice had zero flavor (just overcooked white rice with tiny carrots bits) and the lo mein (which was supposed to be a side of fried rice) was old, crispy in spots and tasted like wet cardboard. It had no resemblance of lo mein. This was the worst meal I’ve had in years. I do not recommend Panda Express and would never get food from there again.
