The tortillas were stale feeling.
However the hasbrowns were so overcooked they literally snapped in half and crumbled. Not edible.
Apparently they do not care about the quality of food they handout.
Very disappointed with the Customer Service and professionalism in the drive-thru this morning. A busy Friday morning and the line backed all the way up to the ordering terminals. I was next in line, and the lady chose to bypass me and I listened while she took the order of the other car first that had arrived after me.
I waited, and then another car pulled up to that window, using the McDonald’s app for the deals, and she took their order. Well, she must have paused mid order for them, because she came back and mistakenly asked me “ok Larry what kind of mccafe did you want?” I responded “I’m not Larry.” “Ok, hold on a minute” she said. And went back and finished Larry’s order. Then she came to me, and asked what can I get you? I asked “What’s going on?” And before I could get another sentence out to ask, why she had skipped me twice in a row, back to back (and without delay between those 2 orders by the way) she heard my frustrated tone and cut me off with “Get out of my line. They don’t pay me enough” then she took another order from the other line. That’s 3 now. I waited. I hadn’t said another word. Then she came back and said, are you gonna get out of my line or am I going to have to call the police?
You can’t make this stuff up.
I worked at McDonalds for 5 years from a teen till 20. I handled upset customers more times than I can count. It’s part of the job. And threatening to call the police because she didn’t like my tone? I had spoken 2 short sentences. Unreal.
Been here several times because of convenience, but gets worse everytime. Foods slow. Workers act like taking your order is a nuisance, they back talk, and are very disrespectful. They talk loudly in the back while your foods sitting there. Work on your service and making people feel welcome. Every other McDonald in the valley doesn’t seem to have this issue.
My first time, I had ordered in store and gotten this meal, only to find every single burger was NOT plain and NOT given the right amount of patties. Additionally they claimed the smoothie maker was “being cleaned and put together”, only for me to check with them 30 minutes later and find they hadn’t even started cleaning it. I got a refund on the drink, thankfully, but not the burgers.
Then, my online orders went as follows: burgers not being plain, burgers having an inadequate amount of patties for the ABSURD online price paid, drinks not being correct (including having ice when specified none, being coke instead of Dr. Pepper????? Or not having my smoothie at all.?!) burger patties being burnt, paper being contaminated with ingredients not actually in the order (what if I had an allergic reaction?) etc etc.
Will not be ordering from this location ever again. Taco Bell has far better standards that have forever changed how I treat my food life.
