THE WORST, I repeat, the WORST PIZZA I have ever tasted! Don’t order it. The crust was stale or whatever the issue was with the dough that it was literally inedible! I called them to let them know that I was throwing their pizza out and why, and the manager said for me to call him and he will replace the pie. NO THANK YOU! I just wasted my money and asked the manager if he would at least refund me half of what I paid that it is in the garbage and I was refused. Just to be clear, the manager was rude and stands by his disgusting dough and thinks it is good! BAD SERVICE, BAD PIZZA! Trust me… go anywhere else and the pizza will be better than this! Look at the pictures and zoom in on the crust… EWWWWWW! What is that? Pictures don’t lie, but the manager does. He stands by this pizza. (shivers in disgust).

Staff was friendly and attentive. The gentleman working the counter was polite and informative as we figured how to use their new card reader together. We ordered two slices, one being the speciality buffalo chicken. Very good. When raised off the plate, it doesn’t flop and there is a great crunch from the crust without being charred/burnt. They were kind enough to provide us garlic knots on the house, which were also very good. They were a perfect blend of doughy and crispy. The decor is very old school but charming. The prices were a little high but comparable to other places in the area as of now. I will definitely return.

They charge extra money to customer. Be careful. They are doing scam to customer. Never ever go back and I will tell to everyone. I always buy 100$ worth of food every month. I never check my bill. Yesterday I checked and figured that they charge every bill with extra 15$ each. Please carefully with this place. They should be shut down. I will bring them to their knees. They will see it.

Delivery was quick but too expensive, I order too cannoli’s which where the size of my thumb ( I was told those were the big ones, it was $5 each) also I order mozzarella stick and they gave me garlic knots which came with no sauce (for an order of 12).

Villa Grazia was our “go to” for pizza and catering dishes for the last two years, but service over the past few months and our last experience is sending us to find another “pizza home”.
We attempted to call to place an order on Friday night Aug 8. We thought the phone lines were down, because the phone kept going to a fax signal. So we decided to go to the restaurant to place our order. When we informed the staff that the we couldnt get through, they shrugged us off.
We placed our order – one pie half pepperoni & sausage, half plain (ticket number 108), paid, and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Perfect timing! We decided our maximize our time and pick up other food orders for our family. We drove to 5 guys, placed an order, waited for it and drove back to Villa Grazia and our pizza was not ready. We accepted that it was a summer Friday night and delays can happen. However several tickets that came in after ours were prepared and walking out the door while we sat. Clearly someone forgot our order.
There were no apologies, no ownership, no accountability. So unfortunate.

Worst cheapest pizza I’ve had ever. Although because it’s only $3 a slice I give 2 stars instead of one. Building is not well lit. I will not come back. The pizza was warm but has zero flavor

We moved and hadn’t been here in a very long time. My wife and I were passing by after a doctors visit and decided to have dinner. The food was delicious, and the meal sizes haven’t shrunk. That’s a nice surprise. The prices have gone up( what hasn’t) but not over the top. Highly recommended. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is…having to pay for a second glass of soda. I was in the food business. Soda is cheap, at $3.25 your making at least five hundred percent on a glass of soda, to not give a refill, to me is a bit ridiculous. I still would go back but just have water next time.
