While staying at worlds end state park, we had zero cell service and just drove till we got signal or found a spot. In spirit of adventure boy did we find a fantastic place, excellent atmosphere and welcoming smiles .. when the loaded fries arrived they quickly got devoured as they were sooooo good. The cheese steak I had been craving brought me back to my childhood days of good city food served in a tavern far from the loud hustle of city life. The wife’s barn burger was fantastic as well. Ask for cherry coke. We already can’t wait to return when back in the area.

This place may not look like much, but their cheesesteak stacks up well against just about any I’ve had, and this coming from someone who lived in Philadelphia. It was delicious! The roll is fantastic and beef perfectly seasoned and juicy. The side of fries were golden brown and fresh, and we topped off our meal with a piece of the apple cobbler pie which, served cold, was phenomenal.

Some may call it a Dive bar. I call it awesome. My girlfriend took me to PA to her old hometown and this place is where her dad took her as a kid.

There is an old school bar and a separate dining room. Place was definitely worth the visit. Service was by far well above what we were expecting. Amazing place.

My girlfriend and I were up at Northern Sportsman Association for the Annual PA State SASS Championship Shooting Match and we were looking for a place to eat dinner on Sunday evening. I found the Barn on Google and called to find out if they were open. The place has great service and the food was fabulous and at a good price. Next we are back up in this area we will be back here to eat

Where in northern PA will you meet an owner who will drive to Philly to purchase his rolls and specific beef for his own Philly Cheesesteaks?? Commitment to perfection takes my 5 stars. It was great to give kudos to the bartender for good food and heard a thank you next door from the chef who was enjoying a drunk unaware that she cooked our best meals for last of the evening. This place takes my favorite cheesesteak rating I’ve ever had
