Did an online order it said it will be ready in 15-20 min. I got there in 10 my order was ready but my food was not good. Wings were over cooked/not hot. And i did hot sauce and they barely had sauce on them They gave us a large fry but it was half way full. They just open it shouldn’t be like this

Waiting over an hour for food on two separate occasions. One online wait time quote 8-10 mins and a walk in order both times over an hour. This last and final time that I was there only one other person was waiting for food. A large fry comes with the wing pack meal not a small and I didn’t know that you serve buffalo fries. That is not what I ordered, but that is what I was served. The owners of this establishment need to look at these reviews and do something about it immediately everyone is literally saying the same thing. I guess when you figure out why you don’t have much footwork maybe it will start making sense to you.

Ordered delivery, was happy they had a new location closer to me and had hopes they would be a little better with quality.
I ordered well done wings because I truly don’t like the softness of the regular cook and they came back… Soft. No way was it well done. I ordered Parmesan seasoning on my Cajun corn. It was really over seasoned with Cajun (I don’t mind but it was A LOT) and the corn themselves were tiny, super shriveled (maybe they did those well done?) and they barely a bite’s worth on 3 out of 5 of them.
They forgot my drink, I called and they were nice about it and said they’d refund that. I did appreciate how apologetic the girl on the phone was.
All in all… it’s an average Wingstop lol. I had just hoped it would be a LITTLE better considering they just opened.
I think I’ll stick to the Country Club Hills location though.

I placed an online order. My food was ready however I noticed they skimped on my large fry. No problem, I ordered another. 2nd order came right out but cold. The young lady took my fries back, that I touched, and re dropped them in the grease fryer. My wings were possibly done the same way because they were extremely greasy and well done. They’re serving old food cooked twice and are cross contaminating. However the staff was really nice. I just won’t be back. They just opened and are cutting corners is crazy.

I ordered 10 wing combo along with other combos for my family. My combo was pathetic. All of my wings looked like dry naked wings although I ordered 5 hot honey and 5 lemon pepper. Both were flavorless and visually had no kind of rub or seasoning on them. The two flavors were not visually distinguishable….i ordered the “flavor on the side “ of the hot honey..Lord knows what the heck this concoction was but I swear it was oil with some kind of dry rub sprinkled in..straight up disgusting. Even my Coke Zero needed the syrup bag changed because it tasted like straight seltzer water…and that’s just my order. my wife and both my daughter had flawed combos too but I’m sick of typing. This place sucks

Ordered online, food was ready on the shelf when I got there. Bags were closed, employees checked the bags, and handed me my 2 hot honey sauces I ordered. I got home, opened my boxes and was confused. My husbands lemon pepper wings had no seasoning on them, just plain bland wings. My honey bqq wings had too much sauce on them and the wings tasted like straight oil. Couldn’t even eat them. My kids tenders also had no hot honey on them. Just plain bland. The hot honey sauce we were given was so nasty. It was pure oil with seasoning in it that was gritty. It was stomach turning. The meal was inedible and a complete waste of money. Also my fountain coke was just seltzer water. Really disappointed since this was not cheap and it’s a new location. Will not be going back.

Ordered for the first time this evening. Seemed like a nice deal. Ordered 20 boneless wings, a large fry, and added on 2 tenders… all for $20. Decent!
But less decent would be the experience:
Arrived on time per the online receipt. My order was ready on the shelf (great!). Cashier looked in the bag, looked at the ticket on the bag, and then added in the ranch I ordered (great!). Tapes the bag closed. THIS IMPLIES THE ORDER WAS CHECKED, RIGHT?
Got home (a whopping 5 minutes away) to find: HALF MY WINGS and the TENDER not in the bag. The wings in the bag and fries? STONE COLD.
So I called the store. Hey. Mistakes happen. I’ve been on hold for 14 minutes. Literally barked at when the phone rang through “HOLD!” and that’s it.
What a great way to confirm a second chance won’t be coming for a long time if ever.

This is why I don’t waste my money on restaurants I’d rather just cook….. they just opened this “new” wing stop by my house. Of course my son was thirsty and been waiting on them to open… finally go today … it take about 30 mins for us to get our food as a walk in. Then it’s cold. Fries flipped upside down In the bag. I ordered 15 classic wings they give me all drums and 2 freaking flats then to top it off my son finds hair in the ranch. Cashiers had attitudes and didn’t want to answer questions or change the beverage station when a customer asked. Disappointed.
