I understand when ordering food late at night it’s more than likely not going to be super duper fresh and as great as is it could and would be if ordered during the day, HOWEVER, i ordered a god damn rice bowl and got this soupy mess! you ran out of rice HOURS AGO??? make the item unavailable!! i mean this has to be some sort of malicious complainer bullshit because who in their right mind would think this is acceptable?

What in the world happened to this Wawa? It used to be one of the better ones in HarCo: clean, efficient, and actually pleasant. How did it go from such a strong start to what it is now?
I ordered two double shots of espresso (four total shots) before my night shift. When I got to the counter, they had everything ready..except half my order. The barista, a heavier girl with long hair and glasses, insisted a single double shot was all I’d ordered. I showed her my receipt. Suddenly, she claimed all four shots were in the cup (they weren’t) and refused to remake it, snapping, “I’m not remaking everything.” (I juat wanted my other double shot.)
So I ordered another double shot at the kiosk. She glared at me the entire time she made it, then huffed, “You could’ve just asked!”
Then why argue with me for five minutes if you were capable of doing it right the first time?
But it got worse. When I went to grab my food, I tilted the bag to check my order. A shorter, darker-skinned with long hair employee barked “NO!” and yanked it out of my hands like I was stealing. She demanded ID, which is as unnecessary as it is insane, until a coworker stepped in and handed it over.
I can’t fathom how a place like this ends up staffed by people who treat customers like nuisances. There’s no excuse for this level of laziness and aggression, not when so many competent, job-hungry people are out there. Wawa used to pride itself on service. Now? This location feels like it’s actively trying to drive customers away.

I come to this location every morning I work , and I never have any issues until this morning. I typically order a wrap because I drive for Amazon and while I’m driving, that’s the easiest thing hold and eat . After I paid, I went up to get my food and the workers were chitchatting with a customer which is fine didn’t bother me any so I said excuse me do you have number 752 and the one male worker said it’s right here so then I proceeded to ask if they had cut it Like I said while I’m driving, it’s easier to eat especially when it’s cut and the customer that was talking to them said go ahead and check it make sure it’s cut and the female worker said I think I cut it . So I said I’m just gonna make sure because it’s easier for me while on the road. And then same female worker said I already said I cut it with an attitude and nasty so now I will not be coming back to location. I do not know her name. I know she worked today at noon . She was a young African American girl with braids .

Most unprofessional wawa I’ve ever been in. 2 coworkers arguing with each other infront of everyone instead of making orders. When we spoke up an said we where on a time crunch not trying to be rude they got ignorant and walked away. There was also customers needing assistance at the cash register. This store needs new management!

This one is closer to me, but I still prefer to go to the one on Mountain Rd. They don’t make my sandwich order quite right and one time they had my curbside order just sitting there when they were supposed to bring it out to my car. Not as many self-checkouts available. Doesn’t seem as spacious as Mountain Rd. The gas prices are always high.

I got a turkey bowl at different wawa and it was delicious. I got one today at edgewood wawa and it was OK. No gravy or very little at all. There was alot of things they were out of. Seams like someone is not doing their job ordering.
