I went in on the later side a few nights ago, there was a guy cleaning the floor, I was just going to be quick, but he stopped what he was doing and took my order. He was extremely friendly, walked through the entire process, and didn’t rush. It was great genuine hospitality, that is missed way too often. Great job! Food was good too

This is a nice and clean Panera location with a really cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are helpful, and there’s plenty of seating, including outdoor tables. It’s perfect for an inexpensive lunch, grabbing coffee, or getting some work done with the free Wi-Fi. The food is the usual Panera quality—the salads, soups, and Mac & Cheese are highly recommended! A reliably good option in Mashpee.

Every time I order from this store there is an issue. In the last 3 months I have had 2 orders stolen and today I received the wrong item in my order. Did not realize it was that difficult to put the correct soup into the cup, who knew!

We had the Asian chicken salad to go today and it was not good. Mostly wet pale iceberg with barely any almonds or wontons. Also couldn’t find any sesame seeds or cilantro. Adding dressing to the wet iceberg made it a soupy mess. “Grilled” chicken was wet slices with no sign of grilling.

Typical Panera. Got mac and cheese plus a fruit plate for our kids. Great place to sit outside as long as you dont mind a lot of pedestrian traffic near you. Overall would recommend for a quick bite and eat outside if the weather is nice. Inside was clean and modern.

Bought a large drink was given a regular cup. Ordered summer fruit cup and paid extra for it. Did not get when we got the food. Trash on tables, seems like no one was going through the restaurant to keep it clean. Sad

We had some time to kill and most of the breakfast joints in Mashpee Commons were pretty packed and noisy. Panera had plenty of seating and no one in line. We got two lattes and split a chocolate croissant. We also got a package of chocolate chip cookies that were pretty pricey but absolutely delicious! The service was a little slow but we understand that is hard to get enough staffing these days. The ladies who waited on us were very nice. They have some outdoor seating available also.

I ordered a BBQ CHICKEN salad and there was no chicken at all when I got home. Called them, and no one picks up. I would check all your orders before you leave the place, or you’ll be disappointed when you get home.

panera is the “bomb.com” as some may say, but this man in particular THROUGHOUGLY enjoyed his meal. He ordered not one, but two full mac and cheese sandwiches and finished them both to completion. The staff was lowkey rude at times, and it was weird that their straws weren’t wrapped but in general, a 7.5
