This place is the absolute best!! I’ve been a regular customer for over 20 years. I cannot recommend a better option for sushi in or near Parker. The owner knows her stuff. Service is always on point food quality is exceptional. We eat here at least twice a month and more often when time permits. Consistent deliciousness!!

We stopped in for lunch to celebrate my son’s birthday, and it was such a pleasant experience. He ordered the Hawaii roll, I had the mushroom ramen, and we also tried the chef’s special of the day. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

The restaurant itself was very clean and welcoming, and the staff provided attentive, friendly service throughout our meal. Overall, the food was delicious, the atmosphere inviting, and the service excellent—making it a great spot for a casual celebration or simply a good meal out.

Dont let the location throw you, this is a hidden gem in Parker. Food is amazing, ramen was delicious, large portions and cheap prices! Appetizers were so good, service was great. Can’t believe we haven’t tried it yet. Will be back regularly!

Yutaka is our go-to for sushi cravings -especially when we aren’t in the mood to wait in long lines on a Friday night. They have the most creative combinations of rolls! A few of our favorites are the King Roll, Fuji Roll, Christmas Roll and Firecracker Roll. The tuna tower is also a delight! No fishy smell in this restaurant. Close to Parker Road and great for date nights ❤️

I hit Yutaka at that odd hour between lunch and dinner. I found the physical atmosphere of darker earth tones and modern decor to be calming. The ear piercing loud music grated my nerves. I’m guessing at a busier hour, it would become white noise. I was pointed to a table after I asked if the dining room was open because the server was across the room and seemed unwilling to come seat me. The service was efficient as far as I was given utensils, my drink was provided, and the food was delivered but lacked any warmth from the server. The Koshi Age (Scallops) was delicious, the batter perfectly seasoned and crispy without being scorched. The dipping sauce was a perfect compliment. The sushi, the sweetheart, and the rainbow rolls were bland. Not terrible, not particularly good. I was annoyingly surprised that the sodas were $2.00 cans and came with no free refills. Overall, the experience didn’t leave me wanting to come back.

One of our favorite sushi spots in Parker. We like the warm atmosphere when dining in, but also frequently order delivery or take away. (We like to take away to The Wine Barrel just down the street).

The fish always smells and tastes fresh and we like the variety of rolls they offer.

Delivery people ARE still vicarious customers. I had a order already picked up and this place took 45 minutes to roll some rice. This resulted in a customer canceling, losing a BIG tip and the other business had to lose the sale and product. The attitude i got after asking after 20 minutes was amazing also. What if yours was on the losing end???? Will not help deliver your crap again.
