We came in Saturday for a late lunch for the first time and it was so nice. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. I really wanted something that wasn’t on the menu but figured I’d ask and see if they could accommodate me. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak over cheese sauce fries. OMG! I’ll never go anywhere else for this! It was soooooo good!!! Thank you so much! The food here was good and the service was as well. We ordered the carrotcake for dessert and holy moly!! Very moist and delicious! We will definitely be back.

Traveling dive buddies and I stopped for breakfast on our way to Ginnie Springs. The food and service were so good that we made a point to return to Bluestar the next morning, too.
The California bowl was delicious. They offer such a generous portion that one could be split by two people. Eggs, grits and stacked French toast also got a thumb up from our group. We will be back!

Local guide ate here this morning with High Springs celebrity, Jessica Lee. The food was amazing. Service was excellent. Prices are fair. The interior is much larger than it appears. Jessica recommends this restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I usually don’t leave a review but i’ve personally have gotten more excitement from my local mcdonald’s which is where i will be going for now on. I got a french dip and a burger and one drink which the total happens to be 30$ which is fine if the food actually made an impression on me. I also asked for ranch and mayo and only received ranch because the workers were so discombobulated over who was going to go get it.

Went twice. One time when they first opened. Food was ok. Decided it was time to give them another try two weeks ago. Food was good, but the prices on the menu were not the prices they charged us. Brought it to their attention…took $1 off the meal (the omelets we ordered were upwards of $5 more than listed). I get that sometimes prices need to change, but make an effort to update the menu. I wasn’t going to argue. We just decided to eat elsewhere for our weekly breakfast.

This is a wonderful place to eat. We have eaten here 4x. It has been great every time. This place is a must stop. It’s only a 10 min detour off I75. If you’re diving Gennie Springs this place has a great breakfast. We will definitely eat here again.

Took my daughter to lunch. It was our first time visit to this wonderful place. I ordered the cheeseburger with fries and she got a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel with hash browns. We were both so impressed with the portion sizes and then after digging in, just blown away by how delicious and fresh everything was. Our service was amazing as well. She was very personable and attentive, making sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The menu has so many choices that we can’t wait to go back and start working our way through! This was our first of many visits to come! Well done BlueStar!!!

Haven’t been here in a long while, but decided to try em again. The lasagna was ok as far as flavor. The garlic bread was tasty , and the pieces were small, so we asked for extra , and the crab cakes were ok. The spinich rice was simple, but interesting, and I’ll have to try and make my own Portion sizes were good for the prices, but I rather pay for the quality, not quantity when I eat out.
All in all, it was not a bad meal or experience. Will go back and try something else!

All smiles when I came in from staff and my server Skye was attentive and happy the whole meal.
Food was amazing and hearty in portions. Egg sandwich was perfectly made and held with sticks to make sure nothing slid off.
Hash browns were perfect as welll. Cooked just like I asked.
