Son Stopped to get $6 frozen butter pecan drink. When we left and he took a drink he was livid. Said he didn’t recognize any of the staff and it tasted like a Mocha. If he didn’t have an appt we would of took his butter pecan and my coffee (NO cream or sugar) BACK. I did taste his drink, there was no butter pecan.

There was a discrepancy with my charge from the night before. I called and spoke with the manager, he said to stop in and he would take a look at my issue. I stopped and my problem was solved immediately by the nicest manager. No fuss, no muss. I will be back!

The staff is super friendly and I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place! It was welcoming and the service was amazing!!! The wait WAS non existent I didn’t wait that long at all for my order! We got seven hot chocolates for everyone in the family on a cool rainy day here in northern Michigan. The drinks were so hot we couldn’t even hold them in our hands for about 20 minutes, but once we did, the hot chocolate was so weak it tasted like dirty water. We ordered munchkins too. They were all right.

I understand the lobby closes at a certain time but my child was using the restroom before we ordered and the girl at the counter was super rude when I told her I need to wait for her to come out. Then when I asked how many munchkins came in a box she explained it to me like I was the stupidest person in the world. Im so glad I stopped at this location to spend 40 dollars and be treated like a complete idiot and a total inconvenience.

Called to inform shift lead of a mistake and all I got was an argument. She didn’t want the criticism or suggestions! All she did was infuriate me. Ill never go back. I stop there every 2 to 3 weeks on my way home. Lost a return customer. Good job.
