I don’t KNOW if they make everything in house, but it TASTES homemade. My mom and I had enchiladas suizas and chipotle, it was so delicious. The sweet girl was working a busy shift by herself and was SO friendly!

Birria tacos were pretty good first time ordering. This time is was Completely terrible. Meat was Fatty as ever, not shredded one bit., thick slab of fat on all 3 tacos., bit into a fat slab and was disgusted. Don’t eat and lost appetite., 33$ wasted also taco shells were soggy and broke apart

This place has THE BEST birria tacos that I have had in Durham! They were stuffed to capacity and very filling! I had to bring some home! They were even better cold at home! My wife also enjoyed her Arroz com pollo, and my son (for the first time) enjoyed Mexican food. He devoured his burrito! This place is amazing!! They had great and friendly service, the atmosphere was impeccable, and we were amazed at the GREAT PRICE! We picked the perfect place to celebrate cinco de mayo!

Small Mexican restaurant with solid food. I mostly get takeout but small dining area is nice enough. Menu offers a variety of options and most everything I have had is good. Friendly staff. I have read complaints about customer service, but aside from food maybe taking a few minutes longer than they have told me have never had a problem. And, it may not be a 5 star service experience eating in, but it is friendly service that is fine.

So upset that I ordered birria quesadillas and it had chick peas in both the soup and quesadillas! I have never had birria with chick peas. I eat birria all the time from many different places. I think they should have showed a picture and/or explain that they have chic peas. That is nasty. I’m so mad I wasted my money.

Y’all. This place was SO SO GOOD! I had the burrito azteca, my husband had the chori pollo and my teenager had the burrito grande.
The chorizo was flavorful, the steak in my burrito was tender, and my son loved his. I was so happy to be eating this. It came out fast, which was great because I worked a long shift and was starving.
The waitress was pleasant, they checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying the food. Really, I have nothing negative to say at all.
The only reason for the 4 star on atmosphere was because it was a little on the chilly side inside and the restaurant is small, which would make it hard for wheelchairs or large parties.
