Will not be going back after 9pm. Ask for my fries fresh they claim they couldn’t do it..that they drop them every 20 mins. Got the fries and they were cold and stale. 9 pm is early for taco bell so I probably won’t be back at all.

By far the best Taco Bell in STL and surrounding counties. Was in the mood for Mexican Friday, our usual go to was closed. So we ended up at Taco Bell. Wow is the first thing that comes to mind. The tacos were fresh and crunchy, the meat wasn’t overly soaked in grease and a nice portion of cheese on each taco. Whomever manages this location is doing an excellent job with the quality of the food. Thank you, wish other locations would have the same quality and standards. Due to the recent storms and having no power, ended up back at the same location on Saturday. To my surprise, the food was just as good Saturday as it was the day before. High five to this location, quality of food is what keeps people coming back for more.
Update: 5th time visiting this location, the food has been fresh and the each time. I’ll say it again, the best TacoBell in STL.

I waited for over 30 minutes for my food. At least 4 people ordered after me and all of them got their food before me. My slushy drink had a good portion already melted. Then well past the 20 minute mark I heard who ever at the window tell the other workers that they need to start working my order now. WHY?!?! I waited for over 30 minutes and then to go home and see that my grilled cheese steak burrito didn’t even have the cheese on the outside!

Sherri and Ahmet were absolutely wonderful!!!!! They need a raise they went above and beyond
I had placed a uber eats order and the driver didn’t even bring half my order or what I actually ordered. I recalled the store and they remade my entire order and made sure I was taken care of because of the careless uber driver if I could give them 100 stars I would!!!!!

Let’s get right into this! The customer service at Taco Bell is absolutely amazing. The staff is always polite, calm, and respectful when they speak to you. They truly deserve recognition; and honestly, they should be rewarded with higher pay for how well they treat customers!
Now let’s talk about the food. I hadn’t been to Taco Bell in almost a year. When I used to order the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito and the Burrito Supreme, they were big, heavy, and fully stuffed with seasoned beef, sour cream, and all the ingredients you expect. They felt worth the money.
Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. The burritos are noticeably smaller ;almost like they’ve been cut in half ;yet they’re still being sold at the same price. I even visited another Taco Bell location to see if it was just one store, but it seems to be the same everywhere in this area. The size has definitely changed.
Don’t get me wrong ;the food still tastes delicious. But paying the same price for a much smaller burrito doesn’t feel fair. If you’re okay with the smaller portion, go for it. But I personally preferred the original size at the original value.
That’s the only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five. Hopefully in the future, they’ll consider bringing back the original burrito size!
Overall, the location and service are great. Thank you!

Update since I first reviewed: this is by far the best taco bell around. I drive from north county to come here on occasion because you get great service, amazingly fresh food and the quality is perfect. Thank you for allowing me to eat my favorite food! Most places nowadays cannot make the food so well that it’s actually delicious!!!
Very friendly staff. My wait time was only about 4 mins. Food was hot, fresh, and made correctly. Very impressed with the service here.

I happened to stop by this Taco Bell location on my way to get my bicycle repaired, by the mall. I was ordering a couple food and a large drink, to go, until I noticed that my $25 Taco Bell gift card was accidentally ruined from being wet in my backpack. Jacob, who is one of the cashiers here, decided to not worry about the cost, as he knew how disheartening my situation, was with the $25 gift card being ruined. He went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t take the bite from my gift card being ruined. I will definitely come back here again. Thank you Jacob for being one of the kindest, sympathetic employees, I’ve met, in the whole South County Taco Bell franchise area.

Manager Sara is rude, unprofessional, and has no business being in a leadership role.
The manager, Sara, is the worst part of this place. She’s rude, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care about customers or staff. Instead of solving problems, she makes them worse with her bad attitude and lack of respect. A manager should lead by example, but Sara shows zero leadership skills and treats people poorly. It’s frustrating dealing with someone like her, and she definitely shouldn’t be in a management position.Trusting her to run your business is bad idea .

This Taco Bell is probably the nicest one in St. Louis. They’re usually busy at the drive through and not inside, while service is fast either way. My crunchy taco supremes were good. Always been a fan of the chicken quesadillas! They have some good soda selections now. And you can dine in, drive thru, or take out. So March 2022: I was disappointed at first to see the value menu has less and costs more. It starts at $2 now instead of a buck. Soda is $2.50- $3 which is high priced since fountain drinks are the biggest money maker. So my chicken quesadilla was good. I ordered a $2 beefy burrito and it only had half a bite of beef, but the girl at the counter made me a new one which was just right. They do have free Wifi.
