I’ve been waiting for the newness to ware off so we could get in the door without a crowd. The atmosphere was great. I had heard the music was too loud but it was actually perfect. We enjoyed the sushi rolls and the Lychee Sour. We were greeted by the owner and she made our mocktails for the first time, they did not disappoint. I can’t forget to mention our waitress Lena, she did an outstanding job taking care of us and also did a terrific job making the mocktails for her first time. The food and service was outstanding. Thank you again Melisa, we can’t wait to return for some ramen and hibachi.

Blown away by the service, then food. Saturday night in a blizzard and they were hopping. I ordered a single roll for takeout but then we decided to dine in. No problem; chef even made another roll! Came to the table to discuss, really just beyond expectations of service. 5 year old even said the kids nuggets were better than the other place next door… our server was super accommodating and helpful with tips to order (first timers). No liquor license yet but the sake mule will be my choice when they do! We will for sure be coming back! Great addition to cookeville! (Chicken hibachi was better than the longgggg wait to sit in front of a chef cooking, too)

LOVE decor, atmosphere and smiling staff!!! Started with a nice crisp Ultra, and some seaweed salad. Our rolls came out in less than 5 mins. We had ordered the crowd surfer and the punk rock roll. Kimberly behind the bar was wonderful and great to chat with!!! Will definitely be back and highly recommend our friends to come visit!!! Sorry I didnt get better food pictures. We smashed everything!

Rock N Roll Sushi in Cookeville is a newcomer to Cookeville’s dining experience and raises the bar. They are the restaurant to beat. We have dined here twice and loved the experience both times. The food is awesome, the service is perfect and management is unbeatable. Our servers gave awesome recommendations and continued to care for us during our visits. The decorations are creative and the store location is very convenient. We ordered stuffed jalapeño peppers for sharing, and sirloin bowl and shrimp bowl for the meal. I sincerely recommend Rock N Roll Sushi for family or date dining. Be sure you tell Melissa you read about them here.

AMAZING in all areas. Bring from Central Florida, we’ve been looking for good sushi here in TN. This place for the bill for sure!! Daisy our server was knowledgeable, helpful, made awesome suggestions, and quick to make sure we had everything we needed. Melisa the owner stopped and chatted to check in us. The manager made sure our appetizer was hot and fresh when it took a little longer than planned to come our if the kitchen. Prices fit the dishes and the serving sizes were great.
The music and atmosphere made our visit even better..

Staff is so amazing! And the whole atmosphere and vibe is I think the best place I’ve been years! Even if you don’t like sushi this place is the coolest place on the inside ! So clean! People are so happy to work here and such great music! Even the walls and the lights are truly amazing ! Best place in Cookeville to come check out ! Jackie our waitress was so helpful and so friendly.

Not my first time at one of these so I am super excited we finally get one. I really love the decor and music in this restaurant. Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable.
My husband ordered a few different beers since they do not have their liquor license yet. I don’t drink so I was going to order a mocktail but they don’t have those either. We decided to order the Backstage Pass raw platter. We really love sushi lol. I did the math of all of the rolls and you save $10 by ordering the platter. Some of the rolls I wouldn’t get again but some of the rolls were so delicious!

I walked into this place off the street the vibe is amazing the wait staff is super friendly Tiffany was awesome! I love the rock and roll music playing and all the screens on the walls. It’s a fairly new business I wish them well and looking forward to returning

Next time I’ll try to take a picture before i start stuffing my face. EVERYTHING was so good, appetizer sampler (those crab wontons.. ), fried rice, Japanese bagel roll (we added avocado so it was like a Philadelphia roll, which is my favorite), Crowd Surfer roll, the hibachi chicken, VIP roll, allll of the things, all of it was amazing. Everything was super fresh, including their wasabi. Already can’t wait to go back. The atmosphere is super cool and our beautiful server Bella was absolutely amazing, attentive and sweet as can be, we will definitely request her in the future. We will be back. SOON

I ABSOLUTELY AM IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE THE DECOR, THE COMFY SEATS THE ATMOSPHERE THE EMPLOYEES THE MANAGER SHE IS A WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL LADY. THEY TOOK CARE OF ME WHILE I WAS THERE. THEY WERE VERY ATTENTIVE MADE SURE THAT I HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED. THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC. THE STEAK WAS SO JUICY SAUCE MARINATED BEAUTIFULLY COOKED. The fried dumplings were amazing although I have restrictions to some of the things that I can eat because of my pork allergy. The things that I did try was beautifully made. I will be back. ❤️
