We’ve gone to Mod Pizza numerous times over the years. Each time we’ve gone recently, I’m reminded why we don’t go anymore. Tonight was the worst. I ordered a mini size Lucy Sunshine, my normal pizza, plus pepperoni. The crust, though rubbed with garlic, has absolutely no flavor, was so dry, it basically resembled & tasted exactly like a dried out tortilla. Each quarter slice had 1 mini slice of pepperoni, 1 small shred of artichoke and 1 tsp sized dollop of tomato sauce, that they seem to always forget to add anymore until afterward so it’s cold. The garlic cheese bread had the exact same texture of the dried out tortilla with no discernible texture or taste of any said cheese-dry as a bone. There was a group having a kids bday party that was so extremely loud that echoed throughout we couldn’t even hear ourselves talk. The cooler for the drinks wasn’t even cold, fortunately we said something so the employee offered to get us a cold beer from the cooler in the back. Spending $45 for a mini and a small pizza and bread and 2 drinks that mostly went in the trash was highly frustrating. Another reminder why we stopped going-we won’t be back.

The blonde guy with the mustache and earrings (sorry I don’t know your name) makes pizzas that actually look good!!! All of the toppings were placed evenly on the pizza, he didn’t skim out on the ingredients, and it looked beautiful. Thank you for putting care into making my pizza. Give this guy a raise!!! Lol

We had pizza delivered with the regular amount of cheese. We thought maybe we ordered no cheese because it looked like there was no cheese but looking further we realized there was some cheese, but not what someone would expect on a pizza. Underwhelming at best.

Staff were friendly working together but not one smile for me or other customers that came in. They did say “welcome in” to every customer though and seemed good at working on orders together from what I saw while waiting for my order. No drama in front of customers so that’s always a plus.

Mod has gone downhill the past year, gives a bit of a PE vibe. For instance, instead of “Mod pizza = unlimited toppings” it’s “Mod pizza = one topping… more is +$3.” Dinner for family of four comes to about $60 for (in my opinion, “ok”) pizza.
Also, if you order online make sure to ask for extra cheese if you want to get close to a normal amount. A mod size pizza gets a small ladle of cheese, which IMO is not nearly enough.
+1 star because the people here have always been great. But if my kids didn’t ask for Mod I don’t know I’d ever come here again.

Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 salads. I ordered online and then drove in to pick up (10 min drive) with another 10 min wait till food was finished. Overall taste was good for the food, although for some reason there was an inch long piece of wood in my salad, which if I had bit in the wrong way this would have caused some damage. This is definitely a new meaning to raw cuisine. I’ll probably eat the pizza again, but not too keen on the salad. Additionally, there were ingredients missing from both salads. Staff were friendly, but I would suggest adding some quality control around prep.

Let me be clear: the pizza was phenomenal. A true 5-star flavor journey. Unfortunately, that journey continued for five more days, as I was bedridden and intimately acquainted with my bathroom. So while my tastebuds had the night of their lives, the rest of my body paid a terrible, terrible price. I can’t in good conscience recommend it, unless you’re looking for a delicious way to use up all your sick days. Possibly the second worst thing to happen in my visit to WA.

Ordered some pies (five of ’em!) online for my nephew Zack’s birthday, then went and picked them up. Not only were they ready on time, but the staff had them stacked by size and order of the recipient!
Wonderful job, guys! Absolutely awesome!!

As a native New Yorker, it is difficult to be far away from home. Some days you just feel home sick and you want a “slice”. In New York pizzeria’s sell pizza by the slice, you can get a hot and fresh slice anytime of the day! “The city that never sleeps…” The state of WA cannot replace NY, but places like MOD Pizza makes it a little easier when they produce excellent customer service AND exceptional customer experiences. The pizza was perfectly cooked, same with the cheese bread. The cake was a perfecting pairing with the coffee Milkshake! Talk about a homerun meal! #GoYanks
