I just did a pickup. Their pizza is much better than most in Mentor. It was a huge hit with my friends that I surprised with it for dinner. I learnwd they have been in business over 40 years!? Would recommend Master Pizza, and their pricing is Not over the Moon.

We’ve been going here since we were a little kids, probably 35 years now their pizza is so delicious and has been consistent for our whole lives. We regularly get the supreme no anchovies a little well done and the taco pizza is our other favorite. There’s nothing else like it the Joe, the cheese, the toppings in the pride that the people put into making the food is worth every bite!

Instead of calling to figure out a substitution half my toppings were simply not included as they were “out” leading to complete confusion after i got home and opened what looked like a plain pizza. Also the largest size they offer isnt really a large its more of a medium like a large personal pizza. Will need multiple pizzas to feed multiple people. For 30 dollars a pop i dont think you get what you pay for in that regard. As such just cant say i was satisfied with the return tour, seems like nostalgia isnt enough to keep me from seeing it as a husk of what it once was in both form and function.

My favorite pizza in Lake County! I grew up eating Master Pizza and have always enjoyed it. In our latest stop we ordered (1) small sausage & mushroom, pepperoni & tomatoes, pepperoni, jalapenos & mushroom all with extra cheese. Our super friendly server had a little mix up and brought out a jalapeno & mudhroom instead of the sausage. She made it right – put it in a to go box for us and brought out the right one (didn’t charge us for either). Excellent pizza & great service can be expected!

The third party delivery took over hour for delivery. I order through master pizza website. You can’t change delivery tip if the service was not good. I did not realize I was ordering through third party until I scrolled down the master pizza website but the delivery link is on the top of the webpage.

Very disappointing, I used to come here with my grandmother and it was her favorite spot. The size of the large has shrunk but the price hasn’t meanwhile the quality has seemingly plummeted. I always got the seafood pizza and enjoyed the taste of the shrimp, crab, ranch, and cheese together but this time all I tasted was cheese and no ranch. Grandmother ordered an antipasta salad and received lettuce covered in shredded provolone with chopped ham and some chickpeas. Sad to see this place fall so low and I dont believe we will be coming back after this disappointment.

Last night my wife and I ordered a large taco and sm seafood pizza. They were tremendous as always and the consistency of quality throughout the years has hardly wavered. FYI taco pizza next morning cold was awesome. If you’re not a cold pizza fan I recommend asking for the lettuce on the side. Also highly recommend the master pizza it’s my go to for a supreme with everything.

We’ve been long-time customers at the Painesville Master Pizza for years but recently have noticed a decrease in customer service.
We always call ahead with our pizza order so the food is ready shortly after we arrive. Tonight took an 40 extra minutes! And they were not busy, only two other tables.
The current servers are high school age (couldn’t serve alchohol) who act and behave like they really don’t care. They’d rather drink pop and talk with their friends. When we inquired about why it was taking so long she shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t know.
The owner was absentee tonight which I think may be a good part of the problem.
Normally good food and decent service but they really dropped the ball tonight.
