Sadly, I have had 2 experiences with hair in my food – 3 months ago and I wasn’t going to come back, but prior to this I always liked this TB they were friendly and fast – 2 weeks ago I ordered a burrito and it was good; got food there this weekend found 2 long hairs embedded in the refried beans so that’s it for me! Nauseating.

Ordered 3 different menu only with vegetarian ingredients but came with beef in them. It was really frustrating. I have food restriction and had a bite already. If Taco Bell can’t serve what customers exactly want, then they should make specific menu and let everybody know that they aren’t able to make customized food. This is not tolerable so I do not recommend this store to anyone who has allergy , religious restriction or vegetarian.

Only ordered a chalupa meal, nacho bell grande and 2 soft tacos… somehow they forgot the 2 soft tacos but charged us for them. Oh and the food was cold. Good job guys. The only job you have is to put the correct order in a bag and serve it warm but apparently that’s too hard . Oh and it wasn’t even a busy time so no excuses I can think of… 1st and last time going there and that’s a shame cause I love me some tacos:(

I placed my order through the Taco Bell app and went through the drive-thru, and everything was perfect. My order was ready right when I pulled up, the staff was polite and efficient, and every item was exactly as I ordered. The food was hot, fresh, and neatly put together, which made the whole experience quick and hassle-free.

I’ve only ever had one issue at this location, and they fixed it right away with no questions asked, making sure I left happy at the end of my visit. That level of customer service really stands out. Super convenient, delicious, and reliable definitely a 5-star Taco Bell! ⭐

I have tried this location many times, and I give up. I don’t eat beef, and my boyfriend doesn’t like sour cream. Every single time I have ordered from here, I order mine as chicken and they give me beef, and they do not take off the sour cream on the items that I request that on. On me for not checking, but this is the 3rd time I’ve had to go back out for dinner or end up cooking when I wasn’t planning to. Some of the times I even ordered on the app so I KNOW it came up correctly for them.
Not to mention the girl taking my order didn’t understand my coupon and was rude to me. I’m real aggravated and that’s why I’ve given up and wrote this review, as I’m not even interested in another 2 free item coupon.

don’t waste your time, this place is literally disgusting all around. service is terrible & the “manager” megan is zero help and would rather laugh in your face than amend the problem. i’ll keep taking my money to the Easton location where they can atleast get my order correct.

Asked for Baja Blast and they gave me the diet version, they always do this. If we want diet we’ll ask for it, don’t make us specify ‘Real Baja Blast’ food was alright but ruined by shitty drink.

Went here 10 pm after 12 hours in the car from traveling for first time since I was like 10. Major attitude was given when I asked to take a minute to look at the menu. Upon pick up of the food, I asked for mild taco sauce. The girl rolled her eyes at me and looked like she’s never heard it. I repeated myself as she proceeded to shake her head and roll her eyes trying to understand what I was saying. Finally she handed me the packets and I went to apologize for not being clear enough and she closed the window on us. That was such an infuriating encounter for a basic simple request I honestly lost my appetite to even eat any of this. Employer was a light haired , middle aged female with glasses – Desperately needs some kind of performance review discussing basic customer politeness and interaction . Will not be choosing this spot again
