Reviews
Good gentle traveler, lend me thine ear, for I must recount a tale so bewildering that it has quite unsettled my faith in arithmetic.
At the sign of Little Caesars in Pasco, Washington, an order was duly placed for three pizzas—a number modest, whole, and not prone to philosophical debate. These were specified with care:
One stuffed crust pepperoni (a thing of excess and promise),
One classic pepperoni (plain, honest, and reliable),
And one half-cheese, half-pepperoni (a compromise fit for diplomats).
To convey this feast across distance, the establishment joined hands with DoorDash, an alliance one might reasonably liken to two well-drilled regiments marching in step.
And yet—marvel of marvels!—upon delivery, there appeared but a single pizza, namely the half-cheese, half-pepperoni. The other two had vanished as though spirited away by kitchen sprites, highwaymen, or some radical new school of mathematics wherein three equals one.
I confess myself without word, for this was no failure of taste, nor of weather, nor of distant roads—but of counting. A skill generally mastered before one is trusted with fire, wheels, or ovens.
The lone pizza itself was serviceable enough, though it bore the melancholy air of a survivor returned from a lost expedition, burdened with the knowledge that its companions would never arrive.
Final Judgment (for the Road Journal)
When two great houses combine—the oven and the courier—one expects at least the correct number of victuals to cross the threshold. That such a simple reckoning failed so completely renders this experience less a meal and more a parable.
Traveler beware: if thou orderest three, thou mayest dine upon one, and be left pondering the mysteries of commerce, partnership, and how astonishingly fragile the act of counting can be.
I recommend vigilance, a careful opening of the box upon receipt, and perhaps a candle lit for the safe return of any pizzas yet astray.
We are very disappointed at the little Caesars management at rd. 68 and their delivery system . we had had several issues with our deliveries this last two months, quality and missing items. when we called to resolve the issue we get a foreign speaking rep that has no other way to resolve the issues other then to give you a refund that takes 10 to 12 business days, which I’m ok with that. What I’m not ok with, is when I called the store to see if they could help resend the missing items The manager on site stated that wasn’t litte Caesar’s fault, and therefore there was nothing he could do in a not to professional attitude and followed to hang up. In my point of view little Caesars is responsible for their products from oven to the customers hands. It’s in the best interest of the business. To bad this store management don’t see it this way.
We have lots the quality of food and costumer services that they use to have.
At this point and due to quality of service, we feel we will not miss their service and product.
WE WILL NO LONGER BUY FROM THIS STORE.
Too many negatives to justify even the prices charged. What’s the point of ordering online ahead of time when still required to wait no less than 30 minutes PAST the specified time?
Highly disappointed and won’t be back unless your ill preparation methods are improved to an acceptable level.
You’ve lost these 2 patrons and we’ll order from Dominos from now on.
