Lord Percival Thorne (Surveyor of Inns & Tables)
A Traveler’s Warning Concerning the Curious Case of the Vanishing Pizzas

Good gentle traveler, lend me thine ear, for I must recount a tale so bewildering that it has quite unsettled my faith in arithmetic.

At the sign of Little Caesars in Pasco, Washington, an order was duly placed for three pizzas—a number modest, whole, and not prone to philosophical debate. These were specified with care:

One stuffed crust pepperoni (a thing of excess and promise),

One classic pepperoni (plain, honest, and reliable),

And one half-cheese, half-pepperoni (a compromise fit for diplomats).

To convey this feast across distance, the establishment joined hands with DoorDash, an alliance one might reasonably liken to two well-drilled regiments marching in step.

And yet—marvel of marvels!—upon delivery, there appeared but a single pizza, namely the half-cheese, half-pepperoni. The other two had vanished as though spirited away by kitchen sprites, highwaymen, or some radical new school of mathematics wherein three equals one.

I confess myself without word, for this was no failure of taste, nor of weather, nor of distant roads—but of counting. A skill generally mastered before one is trusted with fire, wheels, or ovens.

The lone pizza itself was serviceable enough, though it bore the melancholy air of a survivor returned from a lost expedition, burdened with the knowledge that its companions would never arrive.

Final Judgment (for the Road Journal)
When two great houses combine—the oven and the courier—one expects at least the correct number of victuals to cross the threshold. That such a simple reckoning failed so completely renders this experience less a meal and more a parable.

Traveler beware: if thou orderest three, thou mayest dine upon one, and be left pondering the mysteries of commerce, partnership, and how astonishingly fragile the act of counting can be.

I recommend vigilance, a careful opening of the box upon receipt, and perhaps a candle lit for the safe return of any pizzas yet astray.

I called at 10:30 and ordered a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread and as somebody who works in food I can easily tell that the crazy bread was microwaved and the pizza has been sitting out. The pizza was flat and hard as a rock. The service was even worse than the food was I understand wanting to get everything done at work so you can leave especially if you are closing but that’s why you wait until you are closed to clean anything you might need the four females working also had a lot of attitude and tried to say I didn’t pay or that it didn’t go through genuinely worst customer service even worse than McDonald’s

After calling my order in for 2 simple common pizzas and still having to wait almost 35 min to get my order, the food just wasn’t very good. Had the girl working the front would’ve done her job rather than flirting (horribly by the way) and discussing his personal dating life, this review may have gotten more stars. But besides that, I’d have to say that I’ve been more n more disappointed in the customer service, readiness, and food quality over the past 6 months. I want to go in n get out with my food hot n ready to take home n eat. Not order ahead to get there be forced to watching a bad live version of Boy Meets Girl or Saved by the Bell, all while my 2 pizzas were done n overlooked because girls head was too high in the clouds. Safe to say that I won’t be going back for some time. Prices r not as good either. Over $17 for 2 simple pizzas:-(

7 years buying our pizza with Litte Caesars rd 68 and it ended today. (1st time taking the time to write a review)

We are very disappointed at the little Caesars management at rd. 68 and their delivery system . we had had several issues with our deliveries this last two months, quality and missing items. when we called to resolve the issue we get a foreign speaking rep that has no other way to resolve the issues other then to give you a refund that takes 10 to 12 business days, which I’m ok with that. What I’m not ok with, is when I called the store to see if they could help resend the missing items The manager on site stated that wasn’t litte Caesar’s fault, and therefore there was nothing he could do in a not to professional attitude and followed to hang up. In my point of view little Caesars is responsible for their products from oven to the customers hands. It’s in the best interest of the business. To bad this store management don’t see it this way.

We have lots the quality of food and costumer services that they use to have.

At this point and due to quality of service, we feel we will not miss their service and product.

WE WILL NO LONGER BUY FROM THIS STORE.

Shelving online orders under the heat lamps instead of doing what they should and placing them in the pizza portal are a very common experience. Cashiers not paying attention to customers coming in and lying about order times to be ready. Tonight the only cashier was flirting with a boy in the kitchen with her back turned away from the counter while customers came in and weren’t helped for several minutes. Other employees in the kitchen were talking and laughing. I don’t know where a manager was but seeing this was like watching a bunch of little children without any supervision to keep them on task to do the job they are paid to do. This store makes the company look very, very bad. Tonight they didn’t put my order in the pizza portal, didn’t call my name and that it was ready and sat there until I checked up on the progress of my order. I got home to find out they gave me the wrong pizza. If you go to this store prepare yourself to have zero expectations of a quality experience.

When did y’all stop putting any sauce under the cheese? This isn’t even pizza anymore, it’s cheesy bread at best and we have to purchase your sauce for almost 2$! Come on.

I called this location around 5:30 to pick up 5 pizzas and breadsticks. I asked to pick up the order at 7 and the guy who answered the phone told me it would be ready and took my name for the order. When I went in a couple minutes early to pick up the pizza they told me they didn’t have any phone orders and accused me of calling the wrong location. I asked to pick up the order anyways and they told me it would be a 10- 15 minute wait. I asked to verify the phone number and the woman at the counter couldn’t tell me their own store phone number. When I checked online it was the same phone number I called originally. Terrible customer service.

My 3rd time here and ordered online. Not once ready when stated would be. The last 2 times…every single topping all piled in the middle of pizza and horrible! Hardly any sauce.

Too many negatives to justify even the prices charged. What’s the point of ordering online ahead of time when still required to wait no less than 30 minutes PAST the specified time?

Highly disappointed and won’t be back unless your ill preparation methods are improved to an acceptable level.

You’ve lost these 2 patrons and we’ll order from Dominos from now on.
