Nope, just nope. Today was great, excellent even until I came here. All i wanted was to finish my day off with delicious hibachi. But of course I met the most rude and inconsiderate person EVER…. the atmosphere was totally off and I felt so unwelcome.. the lady snatched my card and had a rude expression on her face as if she’s was planning my death in her head…absolutely not okay. Definitely will never be going back there. #badvibes

Bubbly hall is a fantastic food plaza many options and interactive table games while you eat. However my former favorite restaurant there hibachi run has the most moody register person super impolite and just a buzz kill. People are there for a good time as an employee you should be helping you jay atmosphere not being short and looking smug. I understand hating your job but taking it out on others is not acceptable will not be back

The lady that works register is beyond useless. She stands there without interacting with customers looking like a lost puppy and doesn’t communicate whatsoever what’s going on even when asked. She ruined my night when I was violently handed my order after waiting 15+ mins and then she pulled it back as if I had done something wrong to then finally give it to me will definitely never eat here again while the food is excellent they need to work on customer service and fire this lady

Food is excellent. Customer service extremely lacking no communication to customers on wait time or order ETA even when prompted. The woman that works the register looks extremely smug and is super short with customers she has a serious attitude problem that needs to be adjusted will not be back

The rice was very dry and the chicken was way overcooked to where it was almost hard to eat. The onions are good and the ginger sauce is good. One of us ordered a steak and shrimp meal, and only got the shrimp. So that kind of stinks she paid for steak and didn’t get it. Not sure if I would eat here again or not. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day?

The Hibachi Run truck visited our neighborhood this week and I can’t WAIT for them to come back! Easily the best food truck meal we’ve had in Columbus. My husband had the steak hibachi, I ordered the chicken. For under $25, we got extremely generous portions of perfectly cooked and seasoned hibachi. I sincerely believe the food was just as good, if not better, than hibachi you’d get for twice or even triple the price at the local hibachi restaurants!
What I really loved best, though, was the customer service! We ordered ahead through the Street Food Finder app and my husband was running 20 or so minutes behind on errands. When he finally arrived to pick up the food, the staff let my husband know they’d waited until he arrived to box up the food so it could stay warm on the grill for us. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, but I am so glad they did because it was extremely kind and the food was hot and delicious! We can’t wait for this truck to be nearby again!!! If they are in your area, you must order!
