A perfect place to stop in downtown Auburn on a Sunday before hitting the road. The menu has options for everyone. The biscuit and homemade hot sauce were A+! I asked about the hot sauce and the “secret” was mango! Yum.

Sorry guys. Maybe we just got you on an off day but, one bacon, egg, cheese with avocado on a bagel and one sausage egg and cheese on a bagel,( forget the names you have for them ) two coffees. $40ish. Small thin bagels, not sure what was going on with the eggs, definitely not right in color or taste. Bacon not fresh, sausage medium warm? First visit based on reviews. Last visit. I won’t mention another business by name but you’ll probably know by description. Across from Mickey D’s. Fresh bagels, real eggs, great taste, great value. Try them. That’s at least what we expected at your business. So should everyone else.

Love this quaint environment for meeting friends, inside or out. Even with new ownership, the service remains exceptional. The Dirty Chai is a must-try with their light breakfast/lunch menu!

Free parking is right on street or on the side. Since it only few minutes from Auburn State Recreation Area, makes it easy for a quick lunch. Staffs are very friendly and attentive. Simple and fresh california turkey and tuna sandwich with 2 drinks for around $30. That reminds us that we probably pack our own lunch for the State Recreation Area next time. Very clean and tidy cafe due to constantly busy staffs!

Bagel was one of the best I’ve had in some time. The coffee was good, food came fast, and the staff was polite and professional.

To boot, I watched the owner move a table for a woman and a stroller as soon as she walked in. That speaks for itself.

Will come back 100%

This is one of my favorite bakeries! Everything I’ve tried here is absolutely melt-in-your-mouth amazing. They know how to make a proper Blended Mocha, and their pastries are worth every bite! The cookies are consistently perfect. Not to mention, their customer service is exceptional – everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful in assisting with selections. Their commitment to sourcing local ingredients and serving the community is commendable. If you haven’t visited yet, it’s a must-try!

Exploring Auburn today and found this wonderful locally owned place to check out. Unique vibe that is enjoyable. Feels really homey and relaxed here. They staff has been super nice and did not miss a beat in prepping my order and making sure I had everything I need. Food and tea were delivered to my table quickly.

Located on the main street through town, the shop is located among other interesting art and even a sidewalk local founder’s “walk of fame”. Parking wasn’t hard nearby even with the weekend visitors.

The grilled cheese with bacon was dry tasty. They graciously added tomato for me as well. Iced green tea was a good size and I got two. The house salad was all fresh and I really appreciated the variety of veggies included (some places are cutting out too much). The prices are a little more than one might usually expect, but many places, especially locally owned like this one, need help making up for the last year and a half covid restrictions and closures. Not only am I happy to help, I have already fallen in love with this place.

So…explore out there; you never know what you will happen upon.

In my opinion, this is the best coffee in town. I drink decaf and they have the best decaf anywhere. My husband loves the “heart of darkness” regular coffee. We also like the banana walnut bread and the blueberry pastry. Today I had a bagel sandwich (egg, cheese and veggies) and it was very good. Large and filling yet very light.
Several times there has been a hiccup with my husband’s coffee or something else. But they always cheerfully make it right. They’ll bring a bowl of water for your doggy outside! Nice friendly staff there.

Got a Tuna Jennifer salad and a Red T turkey sandwich. Both were delicious and devoured before we remembered to get pictures.

The Tuna Jennifer was definitely a large, filling, crunchy, refreshing salad.

The Red T was slightly spicy with the taste of tomato. I do have to say that the mayo inside was not really spicy at all though.

Nice spot to stop and grab a quick bite in the AM when you aren’t sure what you want. Got 2 bail out bagels (one with sausage and another with bacon. I think I prefer the bacon! Also got a Rene bagel where the avocado made the whole thing come together. Washed it down with regular coffee and a caramel macchiato. The place gives off a neighborly vibe and fits right into this charming town.
