Second time and the first visit I did not do a review. But it’s the same thing. Did mobile order ready at 715 still not completed for 4 pc meal, one chicken sandwich and small order of wings. What is worse is the service employees will pass you by while waiting at the counter. They make eye contact but no acknowledgment. Finally food 19 min past the promised time. And when they put the bag on the counter only words said there you go! No thanks for waiting have a good day. And I had to ask for the drink cup and just placed on counter and started to to a next order. Who is in charge of this place. Both visits and different people but same lousy service.

I’m not sure why this location is rated so low. I went in skeptical but I left very surprised with the friendly staff and the speed of the experience. I would recommend this KFC location to anyone. Great place to grab a quick unhealthy bite for those times you get weird cravings.

We had a nice lunch with pleasant customer service. The tables were clean and inviting.
The dining area was a bit warm, even though the midday temperatures have begun cooling off outside.

Complete cold tacos, a Crunchwrap made of pure tomatoes.
Got a 4 piece chicken and was not edible. Dry, clearly made hours before. Barely warm.
Staff took at least 5 minutes to acknowledge the 4 different people wanting to order inside. Really disappointing.
