Great experience here with chef Greg and Karina. Enjoyed our 12 courses in a blink of eye. Time flies so fast while enjoying the sushi! Also shout out to James for the house Saki and a little surprise! Definitely recommended.

I am a sushi snob and this was one of the best sushi experiences I have had outside of Japan. The toro with black truffle was incredible and the unagi at the end was some of the best I’ve had – so much so that I ordered two extra pieces. The miso black cod was also amazing! Chef Greg was so friendly and explained each piece beautifully. He made my night! Odalys made the best cocktails and the host James was so meticulous and made sure everyone’s experience was perfect. Would highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Puerto Rico.

James and the team were wonderfully attentive. The 12-course menu was delicious, and the chefs took their time explaining each dish. My favorites were the eel and the salmon roe — both unforgettable. I also tried two cocktails and loved them; the citrus highball was the standout.

I’m here right now having the 17 course experience. Karina & Joshua are a team serving a variety of sushi,hakami, hamashi, salmon tuna from Spain and the best one is eel. Every sushi has been very tender and with a blend of flavors.

We had a great omakase experience with Chef Josh! He was very personable and engaging. He even shared some of his sushi secrets with us. The meal was delicious and way better than Publix sushi (read: inside joke ). Highly reccomend!!

Best service of any of the Sushi by Bou locations I’ve been to, from the hosts, to the bartender, to the sushi chefs. You absolutely cannot beat the price of the omakase for the quality of fish that you get. The spicy salmon hand roll as an add on at the end was unbeatable. The piña boulada cocktail was incredible. Don’t miss the karaoke room in the back either!
