Don’t skip on: Black Garlic Ramen
Tried UT craft Ramen and had a great experience! We came as a party of 4 on a weekday and there was no wait. Our order was taken pretty quickly and served quickly. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious! We got the black garlic ramen, the spicy ramen and an order of gyoza. So good!
The staff were super friendly and the owners came by to check on us to see if we needed anything, which was really nice and showers they cared about their customers. The staff were all very nice and the restaurant was well-kept.
Highly recommended for anyone that needs their ramen fix. I am hoping to catch them one of their special ticket events in the future!

Holy cow that’s a great ramen bowl. Got the ut spicy bowl and it was fantastic. Our server told us about the crispy chicken bites so of course we had to get those too. Happy we did but I was way too full fun chowing down my ramen that I could not finish the chicken. Prices are perfect. Service is great. I’ll be back soon as this is now in our regular rotation for dinner out.

The staff were on top of service today for the event. Entrees came out quickly and the flavors were impressive. Out of all the places I’ve had Takoyaki, this was my absolute favorite. We got a variety of dishes to try and while the chicken was not my favorite, none of the food was bad.
The chef who came to visit was so friendly and charming and asked to take a photo with everyone enjoying his food as it was his first time visiting. I did not expect to wait as long as I did in line for a reserved time slot but it was worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back here.

The atmosphere is amazing. So welcoming with amazing staff. I didn’t feel like I was inconveniencing the staff with my questions, they were eager to help!
For appetizers, we got the gyoza, chicken, and fried rice. Amazing.
Entrees my party got: UT red (amazing) and UT black (Miles’s way). Quality noodles and amazing broths! Large portion sizes, so you’ll definitely be taking some home later.
I went for my birthday and I was surprised with a fruit roll cake! So exciting and I can’t wait to try it later. The staff sang happy birthday and it was such a treat!
The bathrooms are kept nice and they had SO many amenities inside. Pads, mouthwash, floss, and more! UT Craft Ramen takes care of their people!!

Immaculate atmosphere — truly one of the most authentic ramen spots I’ve ever experienced! You can feel the culture the second you walk in.

I was very excited when I see the ads for this place which was recently opened. It looks quite authentic so I decided to give it a chance today by taking my team out for a lunch. I arrived a bit after noon, technically a few minutes after they opened their door for lunch. The decoration is cute and gives out to Japanese vibe. The staff were friendly and attentive. I ordered takoyaki, karaage, and gyoza for appetizers and they are all good. I got UT Black ramen and I also enjoyed my food. The broth is thick and flavorful but not too salty. The egg is awesome. Noodles came at the right amount and the food temperature was good (warm and ready to eat, although personally I prefer a tiny bit hotter). The only thing that didn’t impress me was the chashu in the ramen, while the flavor is good, it’s a bit dry for ramen chashu. Since I’m all about eating less fatty food, I appreciate the lean meat but if I am looking for more authentic ramen, this would be a miss. Anyhow, overall very good experience. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends

The ramen is AMAZING. Pretty authentic and they also sell figurines/japanese snacks. The only complaint I have is that two of us asked for a ramen with all the regular toppings and we received a ramen with no mushrooms and another ramen with no mushrooms and no corn. The broth was AMAZING and the eggs were perfectly cooked, and the ramen noodles were ok. We also got the gyoza which was great!! The bathroom was also impressive, they had feminine products, mouthwash, floss, cotton pads, and more.

Wow, this place is a total gem! The ramen was seriously delicious and took me right back to Japan. Every slurp was packed with flavor, just like the real deal. I saw this place on a TikTok video and my mom and I came to try it. Holy cow, they did not disappoint! Absolutely wonderful staff, very friendly and kind. Walked in and was seated immediately with water. Served took our order promptly even though this was our first time, they asked if we had any questions about the food. I ordered the spicy creamy chicken ramen, my mother ordered the creamy chicken. MIND BLOWN!!!! So freaking delicious. Both dishes were rich in flavor and the eggs were a perfect soft boiled texture which was indulgent. I asked for extra broth and our server brought me out some for free. How freaking kind of him. Absolutely amazing place for ramen, the gyoza was also amazing. 10/10 recommend this place for anyone looking for their creamy ramen fix. Will be coming here more often.

For an incredibly busy spot with a consistent wait, the service is SO fast and the food is great! No matter how busy it looks, the wait is never too long. The food is fast, and the constant new chefs/features they bring in are amazing and a fresh way to mix up the menu offerings. This is a must stop for me any time we come through SLC!
