The atmosphere, though, really depends on what you’re looking for. The main dining area was extremely loud and crowded during peak Sunday brunch, with a lot of people walking back and forth nearby. The bench seating in our area wasn’t anchored and moved easily, which made the table feel a bit unstable. While some people may enjoy the busy vibe, it can be overwhelming for those who prefer a calmer or more relaxed environment.
Service was friendly, but dishes and cups were not cleared as we finished with them. With the very large portions and oversized plates, the table became crowded quickly, which made the meal feel more chaotic than it needed to be. They also didn’t check on us much and we had to ask for drink refills and napkins. The peak time may have contributed to the service challenges.
The total for three meals was $88 before tax or tip, and there was an added fee for paying with credit card.
In summary:
• Great for: big portions, creative brunch dishes, and a lively, bustling atmosphere.
• Not ideal for: noise sensitive diners or anyone looking for a calm, relaxed brunch. If you go, choosing a quieter section or visiting outside peak hours could make a big difference.
We’ll probably give it another try, but not during peak hours.
I stopped in right when they opened after a workout, so it wasn’t too busy, but I imagine it gets packed quickly. They offer ample seating options, including a bar, tables, booths, and a patio (weather permitting).
The food was mediocre; I got something basic (an egg sandwich) which was a little overprice and the avocado was browning. However, they have several more intricate and appealing dishes that looked substantial.
Service from Wyatt was great.
One suggestion for improvement would be to install a soda fountain. Offering canned sodas is less desirable to customers and eliminates the option for refills.
breakfast for it to be mediocre.
On a good note. It was clean and the decore is cute.
Then ordered dessert came super later and the went to wrong table so they canceled it and came to me and said “ sorry we thought your cancel it! “
Overall , food was really good but need to improve the service
We drove to Penelope’ s and when we walked in we were greeted with smiles and asked immediately if we would like coffee with our meal which was poured while we were seated. We had 3 workers speak to us like we were family in just 2 minutes of walking in.
At early bird gets the pancake….. the
