We had such a wonderful experience with Little Italy Pizza and Anthony! For our Spring Meadow Early Childhood Center teachers and staff, we ordered three trays of 4″ ham & cheese, turkey, and Italian subs, all beautifully prepared and cut to feed a team of 50.
From the very first message, Anthony’s communication was exceptional—kind, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in delivering the absolute BEST. The subs were fresh, delicious, and a massive hit with our staff, who appreciated every bite during today’s long day of parent-teacher conferences.
Anthony and his team didn’t just meet expectations—they exceeded them in every way. A true 5 out of 5 stars experience. If you’re looking for fantastic food paired with top-notch service, look no further. Little Italy Pizza is a gem, and we can’t recommend them enough!

OK I know this is going to sound dramatic and hyperbolic, but… this is the best pizza we’ve ever had! We picked this place because we are new to the area (Smyrna), and the reviews for this restaurant were so good so we decided to give it a try. And yummmmmmmm was the result. Got a large cheese pizza with black olives. The crust is fantastic- thin with the perfect crispiness. This pizza was really, really, REALLY delicious.The owner, Anthony, came out and talked to us to see how we liked everything and he was great to talk to. His sons were in the kitchen and they were super nice also (they walked by when we were talking to Anthony as they were taking food to another table, and on the way back they stopped for a second). Anyway, long story short, we love this place and can’t wait to go back and try the other things on the menu! The burgers and cheese steaks are also supposed to be stellar. So happy with our find!

Good place for pizza if you wanted an alternative to national chain pizza place ( You know who they are….. ) I do believe this place is locally owned and operated.
They offer a quality made pizza with good amount of toppings. Typical New York style, and it tastes great. Pasta, wings, and cheesesteaks are also on their menu. But we prefer their pizza more. They do have dine-in facility, but it’s minimal. Recommend take out though.
Be sure to check their hours, as they do close a bit earlier than others.

Little Italy is the pizza shop that makes you feel welcome. The owner is always smiling and talking with customers, as well as making fresh pizza. The cheesesteaks are amazing and the pizza is excellent. I would recommend anyone passing through the Townsend area of Delaware to stop by for a slice of pizza and a slice of family.

This was our first visit here this evening after a friend recommended it. We stopped in on the way home from the park for a tired mama dinner. The staff was incredibly friendly. Laid back and made you feel welcome. The young man behind the counter offered pizza dough to my boys to play with while we waited and also asked if we wanted to watch him make our pizza! The kids loved it and it was super sweet of him to engage them like that. When our order was ready the sweet young lady offered to walk out to our vehicle with our food since I was holding my kiddo. Got home, pizza was on point, wings were delicious!! I got sauce on side so I could try 3 different ones and I still can’t decide which I like best, they were all so good! Sweet spicy chili, garlic parm, and mild. We will definitely be back! This is the best pizza experience I’ve had since moving to Delaware over a year ago! Thank you Little Italy and staff! Way to go!
