It was avoidance.The manager didn’t want to look towards the crowd cuz he seems overwhelmed himself.I totally understand the difficulties with large crowds but some acknowledgment when I was 40 mins for a small meal would’ve helped.That really made me feel like I shouldn’t be here. I don’t want to be serve a bag of food that’s not even good most times and the only reason you’re here is because of a paycheck type of energy.I had to wave for someone to acknowledge me and assist me.

I see lots of negative comments on here and I can understand it. The first thing I noticed about the fast food restaurants in Orlando is that they are all really well lit and spacious like the ones you would find in Asia . In terms of cleanliness, perhaps they should have cleaned the tables more as there were smudges of ketchup and chill sauce on and under the tables. Nevertheless, there were plenty of parking. The self-order kiosk was easy to use and made ordering food simple. The employees were also friendly and accommodating.
The food:
– Nuggets (9/10):
These chicken nuggets taste good. It wasn’t just all batter (the meat inside of each nugget were thick and juicy. The seasoning was also done right and I thought the price for each portion was reasonable.
– Spicy Chicken (7/10):
These were my favorite. It reminded me a lot of Chick-Fil-A burgers. Juicy on the inside, the spice level was just right, the bun was mildly chewy. However, I thought some of the lettuce slices were not fresh. Tomato slices tasted alright though!
– Chili Cheese Fries ️ (7/10):
This was not great. The chili sauce was salty, cheese was too thick for my liking and the fries weren’t crispy enough. I would actually suggest the regular fries, they somehow tasted better.
Overall, if you happen to stay in Residence Inn at Flamingo Crossings and just got back from Disney and in need of quick bites, this Wendy’s can be an option. Otherwise, there are better options if you want satisfying meals!

Stopped there for breakfast just after they opened at 6:00am. We ate inside which was clean and had a short wait for our food.
We had ordered multiple breakfast sandwiches which were not marked and made it a little confusing as to what was what.

Ordered a meal, had to go around immediately because the fries were completely cold. The young lady apologized and replaced the fries. Hot but not fresh. When I got to open my burger, I had ordered no pickles/ no mustard and got a meat patty with cheese, ketchup and some onion. No lettuce? No tomato?
It was 5:12pm. No line i. The drive-thru. Everything cold.

Visiting Disney and Wendy’s was next to the hotel so I walked over and waited at the counter for over 5 min before an employee approached and told me unless I was paying cash he wouldn’t take my order. I could use my debit at the kiosk and make order myself, he told me. I asked if he could please take my order and was told “no”.
Well I’ve never eaten at a PDQ but there was one right next door so I walked over and they gladly took my order and gave me great service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PDQ

This Wendy’s now charges for barbecue sauce and the baconator had a single slice of bacon and no bacon on the second burger on it. Three combos, a single cheeseburger for 38 dollars and the food is awful.

This restaurant is absolutely insane. After 12am it gets filled with a ton of college students but it is fully staffed and they do a fantastic job handling the chaos. Tevin does is a very hard worker who really takes time to appreciate the customers and help them with whatever they need. I highly recommend coming to this Wendy’s but maybe before 12am ha!

Straight trash. Constant waiting 20-30 minutes for small meals. When the store is empty. Food is cold 60 percent of the time. Staff barely acknowledges your existence. If I could give a worse star review I would. Also do not come past midnight unless you wanna wait an hour plus. Not an exaggeration.

We used to come here often and it was good and the service was kind, but the last few times has changed. Last time was especially disappointing. I ordered online and when I got my order they didnt tell me they were out of the soda or lettuce then when I asked for BBQ since the chicken sandwich didnt have lettuce or even mayo on it and a team member started to hand me one then a lady who seemed to be in charge said I couldn’t have one. It was sad service and the manager there showed a true lack of customer service. I won’t be back

This location is 3 for 4… in messing up orders. I’ve put too much trust in them for actually getting it right, moving forward check the bag and unwrap all the burgers. Would definitely go to other fast food joints, but for now this is the only one in the immediate area.
