Stopped by for a burger and had a great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and really flavorful — definitely one of the better burgers I’ve had in a while. The fries were crispy and the portions were solid.
What really made the visit stand out was the service. Nae and Cinae at the counter was super friendly and and helpful the kitchen made sure everything came out quickly and exactly right. It’s always nice to see a team that clearly cares about doing a good job.

The smash burgers are true smash burgers!!! Crispy but juicy and perfectly seasoned.
The fries have a nice crunch to them with just the right seasoning.
The wings were great as well, tender and delicious… and the sauces come in cups or syringes … awesome to try different flavors and keep from double dipping if you’re sharing. Get the garlic sauce it’s the best.
The shakes are soooooo good too, vanilla with fruity pebbles or strawberry with captain crunch berries …

This is inside of the hotel next to the main lobby. The garlic aioli is top tier and you get to take the syringe. The sauce cups do those who love dipping sauces, the size and amount is a nice size. The buns were soft, burger had a great taste, real cheese, nicely sliced lettuce and onions. No option for tomatoes though which is fine for me. The naked wings were crispy and fresh. The fries were good, a little soft. The amount of fries were small but no other complaints. It’s clean, nice vibe, employees were all helpful and pleasant. There are 3 Kiosks, the lines were long but move quickly. There’s outdoor seating and a bar. The bathroom was immaculate.

We had an absolutely delicious family meal at Secret Burger Kitchen Tacoma! I ordered the Maharaji Burger with Fries and it was 10/10- super fresh, light, juicy & packed with flavor. My kids each loved their meals too, one had the Classic Smash Cheeseburger & Fries and the other had the Chicken Filet Sandwich with Fries, both were fantastic. The Unicorn Crunch Shake and Lucky charms Shake we tried were fun, creamy, and topped with cereal. The fries were perfectly crispy and the whole meal exceeded our expectations. Great food, friendly vibes! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!

I love smash burgers, so I was excited to try this new spot, but overall it was a 2/5 for me. The food wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t worth the very high price or the long wait. The burger was smashed properly, but while the edges were beyond crispy (basically were charcoal), the center of the patty was overdone and lacked flavor (seasoning?). I placed my order at 1:52 for two burgers and fries, was given a pickup window of 2:01-2:11, and didn’t receive my food until 2:26. For $39 and that level of quality and delay, it would be hard to justify coming back.

This was my first time visiting and it was REALLY good. I love a good smash burger and they didn’t disappoint. I got the bacon burger with a fried egg added (let them know you want you egg hard if that’s how you like it or it will come out runny). Service was also top tier. The two ladies working the front were super attentive and friendly. I’ll definitely be back the next time I come to Tacoma.

I gotta tell you, every time a stay at a hotel and there is a “burger joint” im always bummed because its typically over priced and under flavored. This place is fantastic. The burgers come out quick and fresh with great seasoning and sauce. The fries were fantastic and crispy. I am pleasantly surprised by how good it was. I will make sure to come back.

I don’t ever review- but listen! OMG- This was my first time here- always wanted to try because of the reviews & finally made time. Believe me- burgers did not disappoint. I got the double smash burger with jalapeno & Serrano added- soooo amazing. We also tried the maharaji wings, fries and shake. All the sauces they offer were on point- hot honey, SBK sauce, Caribbean jerk, notorious, etc… all so good. Our waitress refilled our drink without asking and was so sweet – she suggested items and let us try an additional sauce- her name was Laurie and her kindness & enthusiasm makes me want to return for the dine-in anytime. Honestly such a gem! The food quality for price points amazing. We wanted to try a few things so got the burger/wing/fry combo. The sauce is slightly spicy but in the good way you want to keep eating and the smash on the burger with the crispy edges.. chefs kiss. The ladies working were popping from table to table checking in on everyone which was such unexpected surprise for a fast casual, shoutout to Lisa for giving us history on the place and being so nice to talk to.
