Papadia had very little meat and only 1/3 of the portion compared to other locations. The dough was overcooked making it hard, I didn’t eat most of it. The brownies and cheesesticks were cut extremely messy. Definitely not worth the price. You can tell this location does not take pride in their service or is fair to the customer on what they are spending their money on.

This location does delivery by Door Dash and for the second (and last) time it took an exceptionally long time to get our order. Once the order was picked up, it took over 35 minutes for it to be delivered from a store that is only 12 minutes away and was barely warm. I called the manager after 30 minutes and she was not helpful and just said it would be there soon. We like Papa John’s pizza but the delivery through Door Dash has made it so we will no longer order from them.

I’ve been robbed. Or duped. I got a total of 29 cupped pieces of pepperoni. There are over 60 pieces shown in the photo of a part of the pizza on the website. Is that false advertisement, lying, or poor restaurant management? (FYI I paid for extra “regular” pep and sausage.) Look at my bacon cheese bread compared to the photo on the website as well. You can’t put this off on product photography. If there were lots of people waiting I could understand the hurry. But the place was empty and no extra pizzas could be seen. Sooooo not happy. This is all kinds of wrong.

Had food delivered. My wife loved her Parmesan garlic boneless wings! ✨ But my pizza was a letdown. The Buffalo sauce with Canadian bacon and mushrooms just didn’t taste good. We also tried the cinnamon pull-aparts, but they were way too sweet! Overall, not the best experience.

I’ve had to come to this location a few times, but this visit was the worst. I came in with my Door Dash pizza bag and stood there for several minutes while 2 employees were at the counter and neither acknowledged me. The older female was clearly dealing with an unhappy customer, while the red-headed teenager was messing with the cash register. I had to actually speak first by saying “excuse me, an acknowledgement would be nice.” The teen then said “sorry, we have a lot going on right now”. My response was, “so do I…I have a time limit for this delivery”. He then turned and got my order that was hot and ready to go (which is the only reason they get 2 stars). My impression was that because I was “just a delivery driver”, I wasn’t as important as a paying customer. But, what they fail to realize is that I’m picking up for a customer that has already paid them. I have been to this location a few times as a Dasher, but I had to say something this time!

The manager Alayen, please pardon me if I got his name wrong but he saw where I placed my order and took care of the issue.

This is the worst Papa John’s experience I’ve ever had. We ordered three large pizzas. Two of them were just cheese. The other was supposed to have bacon. It looked like they took one piece of bacon and shredded it. The pizzas were also very poorly cut requiring us to tear them apart. The bacon pizza had one slice with a huge bubble. This piece had almost no cheese on it. Cheese in general was scantily applied. Will not visit this location again.

Food is good. Customer service is not. I was told by the manger that I had a credit for an inconvenience that happen on Halloween night. I reached back out, a week and two days later an was told by the manger on duty tonight that the credit no longer exist. It already took 16 mins for the cashier to take my order. If you tell someone you will replace it. Do just that. It should not be a deadline on making it right. Do better nine mile location.
