Honestly only gave a this score because the staff was genuinely nice.
I’m visiting from out of state and literally all other restaurants in the area were running 2hrs+ for delivery so choices were limited.
This location had no wait and now its very clear why. I can deal with the pizza that was pretty dry because it was edible.
The salad I got was another story. It was sealed so I’m not sure if this location made the salad but at the very least they could’ve done a 2 second visual inspection to make sure it was still good. Even before opening I could tell the salad lettuce was browning and there was way too much moisture on the tomatoes that just looked “off.”
After opening, the salad reeked of sour smells and the tomatoes were visibly starting to mold. To add the dressing they gave me was also expired.

not happy with past 2 visits. very basic order. medium pan one topping. the bake was weird…cheese was a mess and texture was off. we ate 2 slices and disposed of the rest. wasteful and disappointing. I will say prior to the last 2 visits the quality was better so 3 stars. photos are when we opened the box and what we threw away

Service was good and nice. I ordered light buffalo sauce on only half of the pizza, and they gave me it on the full pizza, but mistakes happen and it’s ok. The pizza didn’t impress me at all though, it was only marginally better than my school’s cafe’s pizza.

As far as delivery pizza goes, they are consistently the lowest wait times in the area. Even on busy Friday and Saturday nights, they are around 30 minutes. They are fast and friendly and the couple times we’ve had issues with our order, they always make it right.

Good evening Dominos on Rice Rd from your next door neighbor and ex-loyal patron of your business. We ordered two pizzas last evening, both burnt and devoid of seasoning or oil on the crust. If I wanted burnt dry crust I would go to Pizza Shoppe. While we have been consistent and continual customers of this Domino’s, our experiences have not been consistent. We have a good experience about half the time, the other half of the time the pizzas are burnt. When I asked for them to replace our pizzas (that we ordered at night, because when else do you eat pizza?) from last night, I was told they would replace it. When I arrived at the store a manager was waiting for me to tell me that they would not replace our pizzas because it was a new business day. Interestingly the dominos box says that if I am not satisfied they will make it right. Well here I am Dominos, I am waiting for you to make it right.

I’ve had great pizza from here. The last two times were not it. My double sausage last time had maybe 15-20 pieces of sausage total on a large pizza.
This time it was super burned. I’ll keep getting the kids’ cheeses here, but I’ll get mine elsewhere from now on.
