Delicious burgers! I ordered the Capital Burger and it was amazing. The flavor of the beef, the caramelized onions, and the melted cheese came together perfectly to make one incredible burger. We also tried the Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts, which were equally delicious. As a starter, they brought out a jar of fresh pickles—such a nice touch! Their drinks were also well-crafted and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back. The food and service were both excellent!

We had started with the clam chowder, then the calamari as appetizer. For the main course we ordered the cheeseburger with truffle fries and the blue cheese black truffle burger with a Caesar salad side. The clam chowder was not fantastic but everything else was absolutely delicious. The burgers were cooked to medium rare perfection and the calamari best I’ve had. The Caesar salad was also surprisingly very good. I Highly recommend Capital burger.

Excellent service, excellent food, order the burgers medium rare! I loved the delicious steakhouse style patty, as I am personally tired of this smash burger fad. The truffle fries were top quality too. If I am not mistaken it’s owned by the same group thats owns the Capital Grille which also happens to be my favorite steakhouse in town. Very nice booths too

It was my first time here and the menu is full of items I want to try. When I first got here there were a few tables seated, and it wasn’t noisy. Our waitress was great as she was knowledgeable and able to make suggestion based on our questions. I ordered the capital burger, devilled eggs, the smoked Bacon Old Fashion, and the peanut butter cup shake, and the Irish coffee made with Tito’s vodka instead of the Irish whiskey. No disappointments!

First time at the Capital Burger and I have to say the burger wasn’t bad BUT go to Yard House if you’re reading this review. Their burgers will blow you away and that’s not even what they specialize in. Our server was great! He helped us with a few things that came out not so good such as the pretzel being SUPER salty and the Smoked Bacon Old Fashioned being SUPER sweet lol regardless he helped us get it fixed. We wouldn’t come back just because the menu is very small (something that is usually good most of the time but not here).

My second visit to The Capital Burger had its ups and downs. The service was good overall, our waiter was good, but the hostess was on the phone the whole time , walking and looking at her phone walking back and forth in the restaurant. The burger’s quality and flavor were still solid, but it was smaller and less thick than before. Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts & fries were on point, order the truffle ones!

Went Saturday afternoon and it was surprisingly not packed, but definitely busy. Had a great waitress. Service fast and spot on. The vibe here is like vintage, old bar, casual food type of place. Very cool, we loved it. Our burger orders came cooked, medium, just as we requested it. We definitely don’t like overcooked meat so we were happy with that. We had appetizers, poke nachos, lobster bisque, and clam chowder. The chowder much better than the lobster bisque, which happened to be just all right. I asked for the ribeye sandwich which came in a baguette and with a side of which several choices were available, I had Caesar salad. The portions are good and the meat is obviously good quality so price tag will reflect that However, I found it to be very well priced for location, amount of food, quality, and service you receive. The children got a kids burger, which was a smaller size perfectly appropriate for them, especially after having appetizers. Kids also had chocolate and caramel shakes and they were very good. For adults they have versions of several shakes with alcohol. We did not try them, but they looked inviting. Will definitely recommend this place. The one thing that I thought was really cool too, is that besides the fact that they are a burger restaurant, they carry several other options like vegan burgers, salads, chicken, and salmon entries. So this options are available for guests who do not consume red meat.

Was excited to go grab a burger. Location is well centered. They have a daily happy hour from 3-630. We all love sliders and that what we ordered Intoql order was wrong, which were the fried sliders. We should have tried those, cause the burger sliders were not good. The meat is flavorless and super dry. We took them to go and gave to the homeless in the Grove. Was not impressed at all. The Truffle fries were good, but if your Captain Grill, you need to step it up.
