I would highly suggest people avoid this place like the plague. Food was absolutely terrible what little there was. 10.99 for a sandwhich that had absolutely nothing on it. Literally no meat at all, I have a feeling that it not just the staff there it’s actually corporate that has changed. If so I hope this business is out of business very soon. What a scam operation. They should be ashamed they are even open and serving to the public. I would love to upload pictures here but it’s not an option I see. I uploaded plenty to yelp.

Came in after driving for 6 + hours just walk in and calmly ask for two meals what I got was one. Why because we were not listening. It’s sandwich’s! Awful service. Do better children!

Traveling and staying in Twin Falls. I was shocked how quickly my order was delivered. I’m used to it taking around 30-40 mins (I live in the Midwest). The order was correct, the right temp, fast and delicious. Also- not sure how, but the pickles at this location are so much better. Very satisfied.

I ordered a sandwich from here and the service was very quick. The sandwich itself I believe was the bootlegger, and it tasted amazing. Better than subway or any other place I have been to in this area. I had it delivered and the drivers name was Angela and she got to my location pretty quick and was very kind and respectful. I wish more places had people that worked like she does.

The delivery truck driver took an hour and a half driving to locations that were not my house, my house is only 7 minuets away from the store. Eventually had to just go pick up the order and they didn’t even offer to refund the delivery fee. I had to ask. The food had been sitting out for a long time and the sandwiches were edible but nothing special. The staff wasn’t helpful and the customer service, post making a mistake was very rude. Would recommend you go to the other Jimmy Johns. It’s only a few minuets away and definitely worth the drive.

Very good sandwiches. The French bread is what makes the sandwiches so good. I like The Pepe, Turkey Tom and The Veggie. I had no problem getting my sandwiches (ordered online) and they were ready when I arrived so I did not have to wait. The employees have stopped wearing masks but not sure if they have been vaxxed or not. It is Idaho so you never know, go in at your own risk I guess. I really enjoyed my sandwich too, it was made fresh and made the way I ordered it.

Good sandwich. Pretty quick service. Ordered on the app. Had to wait in line to get the sandwich made which made the app pointless. Only one person working. She was super busy. Missed some ingredients on for the order. Probably due to the fact she was doing everything and a bit overwhelmed.
