This was my first time and I was so excited to try the original blooming onion. First of all the two people tables are super small it felt cramped and had no room. Server was good just seemed a little bored asked us every 1 minute a different question. The blooming onion was TERRIBLE tasted like old oil, no onion flavor to it period the sauce was also disgusting. Ate like 3 pieces and rest was trash waste of money. The mashed potatoes you could tell was heated in a microwave because it was hard and crusted on the sides. The steak was less cooked than what I ordered and was barely even Luke warm inside and outside and was so tough it was almost impossible to eat. Shout out to the bartender it was the only decent thing in the restaurant. I will never return to an Outback first and last time. 0 stars.

We sat at the bar to avoid a nearly 2 hour wait Saturday night. The service was very good. The atmosphere is nice. We ordered the 11 ounce sirloin ad well as the 6 ounce sirloin with Alice Springs chicken. Both were ordered medium and they were right on. It’s nice to finally have a good sit down dining restaurant in town. Outback is getting back to what they were years ago. The new Huntsville and pell city locations are really good. Visited several times now. So far every item has been seasoned and cooked well with high quality.

Hey y’all. Went to Outback in Pell City Alabama on a Friday night. Got there early to avoid a wait and told the hostess we would like a high top. She told us she didn’t have a server for the hightops even tho there were multiple servers standing around. I told her it was not my problem that the server that was assigned to the high tops wasn’t on the clock yet. She finally submitted to our request as the server arrived early and a bus boy went to get her. Saige was a good server, took our drink orders and we ordered a appetizer. We waited a bit and she came back by and asked if we were ready to order. We did, but I told her to make sure the timing was right and not bring our dinner till we were done with the appetizer. Well…… A expediter came back with our potato soup, one of our sides, before the appetizer even got to us. We went ahead and ate the soup and our chees fries arrived in the middle of that. We finished our soup and was about halfway thru our fries and bamm, our entrees arrived… Bad timing, especially after I told her to make sure it didn’t happen. Well, we went ahead and ate. Food was great. When our bill came and I paid I was emailed a copy of the receipt. After looking over the bill we discovered there was a $2 upcharge for each of or side bowls of potato soup, AND an upcharge for our Aussie cheese fries being LAYERED so there was cheese and bacon in the middle of our fries??? Come on, just make the dang fries correctly with cheese all the way thru them! What the heck is the upcharge for??? Definitely disappointing and will not go back. Frustrating!!!

It has been a long time since we’ve visited an Outback Steakhouse, and our experience today was an amazing one. We were seated quickly, and Lacey was our server. She gave recommendations of her favorite things & her and Ronald made sure all that we ordered came out perfectly. The Restaurant was immaculate. 10/10 experience. We will be back. Thank you!

Went on a date night here on this locations second day of being open, THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! Service was top tier. Made a reservation, ended up sitting at the bar (personal preference) we were served by Pamela, from observation it seemed like Michael from New Orleans was in charge of that area. Outstanding service. We were checked in frequently. Our food, AMAZING. Blooming onion is my favorite, lobster & steak, loaded potato, salads, soup. All were cooked to perfection and came out in order at the perfect times. Definitely going to be a new hot spot for date nights. Really enjoyed the atmosphere, polite & respectful people surrounding us even at the bar area. So thankful this community has this Outback!

We went there tonight (a Friday) for my birthday and had the best time. We got there at 4:30pm because we didn’t want to wait long. There was a 20 minute wait, which we spent at the bar. Our bartender was really fun, knowledgeable, and mixed great drinks. He got a mojito and I got the piňa koala. GET THE PIŇA KOALA! It’s amazing. .
When we moved to our table, or waitress was Yvonne was truly great and made our experience so enjoyable. The food was excellent, the service was perfect, the atmosphere was lovely, and I truly enjoyed my birthday!

We ordered take out tonight! And let me tell you… the $14.99 meal was awesome. Hamburger with crisp salad and fries… and cheesecake for dessert ( later) we are stuffed. As always, great food, great service. And the owner, Nicole is pretty great too! ❤️
