Amazing spot! Their hoagies are no joke. One full hoagie can feed 4 easily. So many options and they do not go light on anything. A few weeks ago I had to give a presentation to a handful of medical professionals in Berkeley Heights and my original caterer screwed up and left me scrambling. I walked into this place at about 10:45AM and told the guy I’m sorry, I’m going to put you to work, I’d normally call and order, but I need to order 12 full hoagies. He didn’t even flinch or hesitate. They were very accommodating even though it was coming up on the lunch hour. Their chicken cutlets are amazing. There’s not one sandwich on that menu that is not a 5 star sandwich. You get what you pay for! I wish I lived closer because I would be there weekly if I could. Top notch all the way!!

In from out of town and came across them randomly looking for something for lunch. I got a half drunken chicken parm sub, it was huge and so yummy. The atmosphere was laid back and the food was amazing. Freshly prepared and quick service.
Wish I lived closer I’d be a regular.

They have a great variety of Italian American dishes. I had the meatball sandwich and it was delicious.
The staff was also friendly and helpful

We are from out of town and always get fresh mozzarella when visiting, usually from Massimo’s in Kenilworth. We were told we could get some here so we were excited to try it. We also ordered sandwiches, too. The staff was very friendly and the sandwiches were good. But…the fresh mozzarella was very disappointing.

Sandwiches are good but they ate charging a 6.60% credit card service charge which I believe is illegal in NJ. Also its pretty greedy and disgusting that much of a surcharge
Per google: A 6.60% credit card surcharge in a New Jersey restaurant is likely illegal because it almost certainly exceeds the restaurant’s actual processing costs and potentially the federal 4% limit. You can report suspected violations to the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. Thank you for clarification you might want to update top of menu which says cash and credit prices showing the 6.60% difference.
