I went here with my dad and was pleasantly surprised of how delicious this food was. I got a tuna donut and my dad got a Volcano Sushi burrito. The flavors were very rich and it was the perfect amount of spice. My dad rated his meal 5 stars and I agree. The prices were not bad with the total being 22 dollars. I definitely recommend The Sushi San and will hopefully eat here again.

We ordered food from multiple carts. Ordered one roll from Sushi San first. Wings combo from another, and Pad Thai from a third cart. We got our wings and pad thai within 10 minutes.
40 minutes passed and we still hadn’t received our one roll. Went and asked and was told 2 more minutes. 5 minutes later it was ready. So total 45 minutes wait for one roll. We had already finished the other food and kinda didn’t want the roll anymore at that point.
Don’t know why it took so long.

Prepared and delivered quickly. Everything was delicious! Aloha poke, musubi, salmon rolls, tuna rolls and shrimp tempura. Hearty portions were filling. I have an injury and was unable to go in person. So glad we chose this for delivery. Definitely recommend!

My daughter was the first to order food from this cart. One dragon roll and one sushi donut. The rest of the family ordered from 3 other carts. We got our food and were almost finished by the time she got hers. The wait was extremely long. Sushi was good. Sushi donut is mostly just rice.

Great Poke nachos, they need to use better tortillas chips. The standard ones are marginal at best. Lots of salmon and tuna in the nachos. Upgrade the chips and its a 5 star dish

Summery: I rated 5 stars for quality of freshness, taste, friendliness, amazing covered climate controlled environment, service speed, and price.
I’ve gone here a handful of times and had the sushi burritos and the sushi donuts. They have tasty rolls, and you can order each option as a refreshing Poke bowl. The service is friendly, and I get my food quickly.
Any option has been delicious. My personal favorite is the Tsunami, as a burrito. If you like a bit of spicy jalapeño, this sushi burrito is cool, fresh, delicious, along with a nice crunch from the cabbage. Exceptional.
The environment is at Willamette Garage, which has an option for indoor eating with a bar attached. Great drinks, climate controlled.
However, I’m drawn to their outdoor seating. It’s covered with a roof, and the seating has options for benches with heater elements above or to sit at the benches with gas flame features. It’s super nice, and I love the energy every time I’m there. Buzzing into the evening.
