Really delicious pizza and pasta. Fresh bread and oil with spices are provided. The pizza is brick oven and out of this world! We generally sit in the back by the pizza oven. Romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. Perfect for cold evenings. The meatballs are very good along with the stuffed cherry peppers. The rigatoni bolognese is al dente with a ground veal and pork red sauce and excellent. The drinks are also very nice. My husband had a glass of wine and I had a cosmo. We shared an espresso martini for dessert. All ingredients are fresh and locally sourced . Highly recommend this little gem!

We had delicious meals and perfect service … we usually go to the bar in the back which is so cozy .. this time we had out of town guests join is us so we wanted the main dinning room as soon as we arrived we were escorted to the perfect table for 4 right by the fireplace! ( I hadn’t requested) but so happily surprised! Our servers were attentive and knowledgeable.

Our cocktails (several of us chose the Figgy Fashioned) were artfully created. You could taste all the complexities and savor the smooth finish.
The duck 2 ways was perfectly prepared and presented. A couple of our party had enjoyed it before – it is hard not to order it. Even those who enjoyed it for the first time wholeheartedly recommend it to any newcomers to the restaurant.
One couple had the rib eye tips and the pork rib chop even though they had ordered the same for a birthday celebration a few weeks before. They are becoming their go-to selections.
The Scallops Risotto was delish. The scallops melted in your mouth.
Anyone ordering the same won’t be disappointed.
The English style toffee cake provided the perfect finish. So good you want to share it with someone.

Trattoria Della Nonna has a really lovely atmosphere — warm, inviting, and feels authentically Italian. The kind of place you want to linger in. The food was decent but didn’t quite reach the heights you’d hope for from a trattoria. The biggest letdown was the service, which felt inattentive and slow. With better front-of-house execution, this place could be a real gem.

Friends recommendation and he usually hits it out of the park. Well, the creative food selections are amazing from soup to nuts. Excellent seafood, as well. Young, vibrant male waiter was very personable, quick witted, knowledgeable about the food and great with suggestions. Had a really good time despite the fact it’s an hour long hike for me!

My husband and I stopped in here for a light dinner, looking for a place en route to Maine from the Cape. We were delighted! Our server was excellent, and so was the food. Delicious beet salad, a minestrone soup that had some subtlety, but delicious and satisfying, and those gorgonzola stuffed dates! It had a nice trattoria vibe without being tacky like some Italian restaurants. I have to be in Mansfield again soon, and am so glad I found this place!

Second time here and won’t be the last! My husband says that the duck 2 ways was one of the best he’s ever had. The chicken piccata was terrific and the gnocchi that it came with was THE best we have ever had! The seabass special was incredible. And the desserts were all fabulous.

Been meaning to come here for some time! I was not disappointed! The food was so delicious. I almost never order eggplant out as I want it crispy. My eggplant and sauce was perfect! The fresh mozzarella ball it was served w was unexpected and so warm and yummy! I got the arugula salad and enjoyed that too! Husband got chicken parm w spaghetti and it also wonderful. Definitely added to our regular list!

Dined out on the patio was ok. The food was good, not great. I expected a bit more for the high prices. I had the special steak tips with a smokey gouda risotto. The tips were cooked very well and were good quality no fat and were very tender they were a bit under seasoned. The risotto was cooked well but something in it to me didn’t work. Maybe to many green onions. Service was very good.

We had dinner here the other night with three other couples and enjoyed it. It’s an upscale Italian restaurant with a nice decor. Staff was helpful, attentive and professional. We started with a cheese plate, tasting plate and eggplant appetizers. I had the veal chop special with risotto which was excellent. Our whole crew enjoyed their dinner and it’s a picky group with varying tastes.
