102 restaurants reviewed only 3rd time giving a 5 star review. I actually wanted to give four stars but I couldn’t think of one reason why my visit wasn’t perfect or what could improve. The flavor with the Cajun hot seasoning was so good I wanted to take just the juices home. The restaurant is also very modern perfect for date night or casual dining. My only complaint is we don’t have one in Tampa.

Today was out first time at Captain Crab. We were greeted right away. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and tidy. The server Amanda was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back again.

Today is my birthday and I thought I was going to have a decent meal little did I know I’d have hair in my food. I ordered from Uber eats. I let them know of the issue and they only refunded half of my money. I spent $140 on the one thing I really wanted and they think I’m going to take $70 and everything will Be okay. I think it’s highly disrespectful and unprofessional on their part and the better business bureau will be called as well as the health department. I have never had any issues with this place before but this is beyond disgusting

Travel by New Port Richey and decide to try this place out. That place has a cool vide and the food is great. Reasonable price and good portion. Our meal was serve in a seafood boil bag in Kajun style. Super fun and authentic!

Sat for a good amount of time, about 6:50 to 7:26, and the guy that came in 10 minutes after me complained and got food before we even got to order. Maybe next time. The greeter was awesome though and his blue shirt! He’s the only reason it’s two stars tho.

If you are Angry with your taste buds this is the place to go. The food is oily. Not sure what the thought of cooking food in plastic bags came from. The shrimp were previously frozen. Nothing fresh came to out table. Terrible customer service. Couldn’t get waiters attention for a drink refill The manager had to go to several tables for complaints. Not returning. Sad to say this would have been my second time eating here but they are only doing to go orders……wake up with the rest of the state and allow inside dining. I did not drive 30 minutes one way to sit in my car and eat or take 30 minutes to return home with cold food. I did enjoy my first visit but reading reviews I see others are not so happy with this method of service either.
