I recently ordered from the The Spot for the first time looking for a quick dinner with lots of options for my family. After ordering and being told I would receive my food around 10:45pm, I watched the Slice tracker update to say my food was on its way. It never came. It said it was on the way until 12:19am, when it was marked delivered, after the restaurant had closed at 11:30 that night. When I contacted Slice support, The Spot stated it had been delivered and left at my door, and that I will not be receiving a refund. I was instead sent a $10 credit for my next order, though I paid $45 for my original delivery order, and once I realized I wasn’t getting the food, it was too late to order from somewhere else.

Please be mindful ordering from The Spot.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT order from this place. In this picture is a regular club sandwich. When I ordered a club sandwich from them they slapped a little bit of lettuce tomato and bacon or regular white bread. Wasn’t a club sandwich at all. And it was so sloppy. Hence why it’s only $8.00. I decided to order from them again the next day a club sandwich and I called and asked nicely if they could please cut my sandwich like a regular club sandwich and layer it only to be told “I’m sorry we don’t do that”. Which is fine. But if that’s the case then call it a sandwich. Not a club sandwich. They do not have club sandwiches. So please be aware of what you’re actually ordering before you go and spend your money. They’re so unprofessional and ghetto. I will gladly be getting my money back.

This is a good customer of mine. Everytime I get food is it always hot and fresh. The pizza here is among my favorites anywhere. The owner is a very nice guy. All of his locations are always clean and tidy also. Its definitely a great spot to get food. You wont be disappointed
