Had the 2 Slices and a drink daily special.
When you are craving a slice it’s a great deal! Service was excellent, cashier speaks English and Spanish for any multilingual customers.
Pizza was made fresh and brought to us pipping hot.
As it’s fresh the cheese did have a lot of fat dripping , but that’s to be expected.
Small shop with a couple of tables inside and out.

Second try, sadly mediocre. The the crust and cheese are bland and the toppings are just on top as if they are an after thought. The servers were a casual level of polite. Nothing of note negative or positive.
Not so bad I’d recommend avoiding it, but not good enough that I’ll seak it out again.

The pictures on their website don’t do them justice. We almost didn’t eat here because the pictures looked so bland. Very good cheese bread and spaghetti! (Can’t comment on the service or atmosphere as I didn’t pick it up).

My favorite pizza spot in NC.
I’m from New York and the food is spot on! The setup and food gives me nostalgia. They have a huge variety of options. The pizza rolls are so good, pizza rolls are the bomb and zeppole’s are fresh and delicious. Love that you can buy pizza by slice and prices are reasonable. I took my 4 family members and everyone loved their food.

Everything was great! My husband got a Mediterranean calzone and he said it was AMAZING! I got the philly cheese steak and we ordered cheese pizza for our boys. We also ordered a house salad, fried mushrooms, garlic knots and buffalo wings! 10/10 highly recommend!

We kept hearing that Brooklyn Original Slices has good pizza and finally got the chance to try them out. I hadn’t had Sicilian pizza in a while so I was ready! Overall, it was good. I would say it is a decent imitation of NY pizza. The XL Sicilian was huge and the taste was close to what I was expecting. We also got a grilled chicken salad and small plain pie. The small pie is basically the size of a personal pizza which is a good option for kids who don’t like toppings.

As a New Yorker, I am always intrigued at restaurants using the NY in their name, and this place even uses Brooklyn in its name too.
Walking into this place, I see quite a few NY & Brooklyn items but that doesn’t mean the food is as good as NY, or does it?
I am skeptical, but their garlic knots are the very best that I have eaten in a very long time, you owe it to yourself to try it…the garlic knot was so soft, fresh and the garlic taste is just escaping my words.
The cheese pizza pie had so much cheese on it that for sure, it is more like NY than any pizza I have tried outside of NY. My only regret was to not ask for extra krispy bottom but since I couldn’t finish the entire pie, I will reheat on a nice & hot cast iron pan to get the pizza krispy.
If you are a regular customer here, I am sure you know how good the pizza is by now…this place is “legit”.
