Stopped by the Starbucks on W Main St in Carmel, and it turned out to be a solid location overall. The store itself is surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room to sit and a nice, open layout. Restrooms were clean, which I always appreciate, especially at a busier spot like this. For how busy it was, the place was packed, but the staff clearly had a system that kept everything moving. I did have to wait a bit longer than usual for my order, but given the volume of customers, it made sense. The biggest downside was the parking lot, which felt messy and unorganized with cars constantly weaving in and out. Once you’re inside, though, the experience is much better. A good stop for coffee if you don’t mind navigating the chaotic parking.

Holy cow Starbucks is terrible. Today 8/13/25 mobile order was up and after a 30 minute walk my husband arrived here after a $17 mobile order to find a sign on the door temporarily closed and no one there. They STOLE the money since taking money and providing nothing by definition is STEALING! I called for him then which was 543am and customer service opened at 8am EST. Set my alarm and called shortly after 8. Get sent over shore since I guess Starbucks doesn’t make enough money to pay decent in USA! I am told can’t help you since you aren’t the account holder and we must protect Greg. Huh I have his name email password the receipt number everything you need to help him and return the $17 you didn’t earn? Sorry he must call us! Well he isn’t available and I’m trying to assist him! Even American airlines allows me to help him if I can provide the proper verification but Starbucks won’t!? So let’s get this straight you take money don’t provide food and coffee and then make it difficult to help the customer be made whole?! They have lost their minds. After years of loyalty and years of devaluing customers now Starbucks has taken it to a freaking level I don’t understand. Run people let them know enough is enough!

This is usually where I go to get my Starbucks. These past two mornings I’ve had mobile orders which I order ahead of time. I have waited 20+ minutes without anyone asking me if i’ve been helped. Both days making me late to work. I understand tickets might get delayed, but at least asking if a customer had been helped is the bare minimum 🙂 Morning crew needs to do better.

Monday morning is super busy. Kind staff, relatively clean Starbucks, I wish the restrooms would have an indicator they are occupied. Allow yourself a little extra time between ordering and getting your order.

Huge shoutout to Jackie and the crew who prepared 27 drinks for the staff at MWA this morning. All the drinks were correctly made, organized and ready to go upon pick-up despite our order being in the midst of their peak busy time. We are all very thankfor for the staff accommodating our school!

Starbucks makes the best teas! Pictured here are the Matcha Tea Latte and the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Latte. The best way I can describe these drinks are through the five senses:
Sight: Vibrant colors;
Sound: The sound of ice when you move your cup around is satisfying;
Touch: The tea lattes are very smooth going down;
Smell: The earthy matcha flavor, or the spices you can smell from the chai, are amazing; and
Taste: Wonderful tastes, the perfect balance between the sweetness of sugar and the bitterness of tea!
Not to mention all the antioxidants you get from the tea, and the calcium, vitamins, and fat you get from the milk! ➡️
Shout out to the amazing baristas at this Starbucks location! Isamu, Jio, Blaise, and I’m sorry I’m forgetting the rest of your names right now, but the whole 8 am shift is wonderful, friendly, and they have the most enthusiastic attitude! Starbucks corporate, please give them raises. God bless you all!

I have to take my dad to Carmel once a month for a macular degeneration shot in his eyes . As a treat for this invasive procedure I take and get him and my mom a treat from here . Today it had a manager that was barely friendly and one busy lady employee making drinks. I thought I purchased 3 venti Carmel Ribbon Crunch frappes but after waiting an extended period on one to be made I asked nicely and she wasn’t overly polite in saying the order was for one . Given no I’m so sorry or anything like you will have to order again wow .. I went back to the sales counter and once again the gentleman came out from the back eventually and took my order once again.. He never asked if there was a problem or any thing as if I the customer hadn’t just been there. I guess if it wasn’t for given my parents a treat I wouldn’t ever buy another thing from any of these extremely overpriced shops ..The idea to ask up front for a tip is sure genius for doing the job you should do anyways although I tip better than the service.. In closing many times I’ve been in this one with great service just not today .

I am an easygoing person and I am also in the industry. A lot of things don’t really bother me. I came into the store today to get my coffee. I tip well always because Starbucks employees are amazing. However I asked that the pistachio sauce be stirred into the coffee (I always order extra sauce inside the coffee) because it just clumps to the bottom and with the foam on top it’s hard to stir it. I was watching and she just poured the foam on top and didn’t stir the coffee at all. I watched the whole time because I enjoy watching how fast everyone works together. She handed me the coffee and I just looked at it and she said I stirred it but it just clumps because it’s thick. Now I order this same coffee every single day. She grabbed her cellphone and walked to the back on her phone. I was not mad but irritated because why lie?! So I try to stir it with a stick but I get a Trenta and the stick doesn’t reach the bottom. So I asked the other girl if she could stir it and she says no I don’t have a spoon long enough sorry and just went about what she was doing. Smh I thought Starbucks had a great team until today. I don’t know the one girls name (that lied in the first place) but she was tall and wore glasses. The other girls name is Sage. I also noticed I didn’t get credit for my points either. I guess I’ll just go elsewhere from now on.
