When I arrived to pickup our pizzas, the girl working the oven was trying to cut the pizza and box it up before I could see it, but I did. I made a comment and she said she could make another one. I agreed, I waited in the car, went back inside, took the pizza and left. At home I realized she did the same, but worse! The pizza dough was the consistency of uncooked biscuits, more mangled than the first attempt and this time she didnt cut the pizza, in a rush to box it i assume??? It had to go in the refrigerator for a day to become solid, then I had to properly cook it.
…not worth it…
The pizzas they make are always hit or miss. Depends on who is working, never consistent, usually room temp/cool if delivered.
Dealbreaker is their delivery times are atrocious. Order placed at 5:24pm with an estimate of 34-44 minutes – it’s now currently 7:15pm and still no pizza. This happens almost every time when ordering delivery.
Kiddos hungry and have to pivot because they can’t ever staff enough drivers.
If you have to order from here, order for pickup. Will be getting pizza elsewhere from here on out.
UPDATE: Pizzas arrived at 7:38pm with a coupon for free pizza and an apology. It’s a nice gesture, but this is their offering every time. I’d rather just have the original product on time.
Let me just say, when they say that, they’re 100% lying. Especially with that deal. I know because I’ve worked for dominos. Just at a different location. However the ones I worked at were kind enough to put in the coupon for the customer especially when the website wasn’t cooperating. It’s literally a click of a button on the screen.
But since this location doesn’t want to provide great customer service, just know there’s other domino locations that will click the deal on for you.
Avoid this one because they’re lazy and they suck
