I’ve been looking forward to having a seafood boil for 2 weeks. We should have just left when we saw that the parking lot had almost no one in it. It was INCREDIBLY fishy tasting. The entire meal. Yeah yeah, I know it’s a SEAFOOD boil. But it should not ever taste that fishy. Made me completely lose my appetite. Ended up going to McDonald’s after words. Also no substitutions and if there’s something you don’t want it, they will take it out but still charge you the full price. Took us 4 wash’s to get the fishy smell off our hands. The service tho was outstanding. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and so kind. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else.

It was our first time here and server was very helpful and patient with helping us decide what to order. There are combos available if you want a more standard option. I had kids with and specifically wanted the “headless” shrimp which weren’t in the combo options. We had to pick sides a la carte with the build-your-own option. We had one flavor that we liked much more than the other, so that may also take some experimenting. The only downside is would say is cost. This was definitely more of a splurge meal if you’re bringing a family. Crab legs, sides, and automatic tip for 5 or more people racked that bill up QUICK. Overall, kids enjoyed and thought it was a good experience. (Before and after photo)

We had a fantastic experience at Big Pot & Grill! The food was absolutely delicious, as always — everything was seasoned perfectly and served piping hot. The shrimp, potatoes, and corn were full of flavor and cooked just right.
Our server, Yanee, was truly wonderful — attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She made recommendations on the flavors, which ended up being amazing.
Highly recommend if you’re craving a flavorful seafood boil and great service. We’ll definitely be back.

I should have left here when they told me they were out of the food I came here for and was unwilling to compromise for unavailable menu items. Ended up getting the seafood boil even tho I didnt want that much food. They would not budge or substitute anything at all. That was the nastiest crayfish ever and the shrimp was sticking to the shell when I tried to peel it, also tasting very not fresh or well kept. I also ordered without corn and potatoes and it was still in my order. Also no one was in the restaurant but me.. yikes. Have definitely gone down hill since they first opened. $68 for myself and I couldn’t even eat the crawfish which is 1/3 of the items in there. Mussels and sauce were the only good parts of this. I will not be returning in the future – hopefully the donation of proceeds i made can go towards making some major improvements. Also it was so dark in there I didn’t even know if they were open or not. Very disappointed in my experience here

The food was so delicious, I got a seafood boil and picked what I wanted and it was so yummy. I’ve had them from down south and this was pretty darn close. The sauces and flavors were so amazing and so was the actual seafood. Service wise it was well and they were able to explain things when needed and very helpful. It was calming to be in there and not too loud but able to have conversation without people hearing I 10/10 recommend this place!!

I love coming here for lunch! The experience is perfect for when you’re in the mood to eat and try something different…who doesn’t want to wear a bib and gloves to chow down?!?!
I always order the Seafood Boil with garlic butter (no spice), headless shrimp, corn, potatoes, and andouille sausage (sliced). The flavors meld so well and if you like garlic, then you’ll love it, too. Give them a try, their menu offers a variety of options!

Love the atmosphere and the server was very welcoming. Just a bit disappointed in the seafood boil. I had gotten the Dinner Combo. To me everything felt overly chewy. Usually I am not picky upon this but it became a texture sensory thing for me. I believe this is from overcooking the seafood. Other than that I thought they had a good selection of sauces. Besides that I would be willing to go back and try different items off the menu.

Super good food! We had the garlic and the Thai chili sauce, both were super flavorful and delicious. For crab legs, the price was fairly reasonable. The music playing was mostly 2009’s hits which my partner and I love!! Very very good food and atmosphere.

First time here this past Easter weekend from out of town. Our waitress was super helpful and friendly and gave us really good suggestions and pointers on the different seafood flavors and spice levels. She also gave us samples of the sauces before we ordered to see which flavor we liked more. I was super thankful for this because seafood is EXPENSIVE and would’ve have been really disappointed if we had blindly ordered a sauce that didn’t suit our taste. We ended up going for the Thai Chili flavor with spicy level spice and was not disappointed! Our waitress was really attentive to our needs without making it feel like our meal was interrupted. The place gave me an industrial modern vibe and the bathrooms were clean. The pho was probably the best I’ve had since I moved to Wisconsin 3 years ago. Its broth had an overall simple beef flavor which I really appreciated because some restaurants do try too hard to whip up some pho potions in the back and the flavor becomes too much. And for $11 I would say it’s a steal. To our waitress, you’re awesome but I forgot to get your name (shorter, thin young lady with a beautiful face). You deserve a raise 🙂

Great place for any Cajun style seafood lover. This place is Cajun-Asian style. The Thai flavor sauce is my favorite for the seafood. They also serve other Hmong/Southeast Asian food such as Pho and Hmong Sausage. So there’s a good variety of options of someone doesn’t like seafood in your group. I always stop by if I can when I’m in town.
