I had my first Drunken Duck experience last night. You will not find a better burger or fries in Waco. Absolute win! Bravo!

Best hamburger and fries in Waco. There’s a lot of good burgers in town but this is the very BEST. Give them a trophy, ribbon and high five.

This is a must if you are local or out of towners. Best food experience in Waco!!

So good!!!! The duck is AMAZING.
We tried the poutine, kimchi rice, and drunken leg.
The rice could have been fried a bit longer (was both hard and mushed). Fries could have been fried harder to offset the salt in the poutine.
But all forgivable because soo good!!!

The food here is below average. Both the patty and duck meat on drunken fries is burnt and tasted bitter. I had to manually pick the burnt part out so it could be edible. It feels like the grill pan is NEVER cleaned after each grill, so everything they grilled is coated with this bitter and hard black burnt bits. Feels very unhealthy and greasy. The dumpling is also soaked with oil, so after reheating it the next day, the oil all came out and is too greasy to be edible.
Also, the menu is outdated and they don’t have duck confit anymore. The only good part about this take out experience is that the cashier guy is very friendly.
Will never visit again. There must be other wayyyyy better dining options around this area, it was such a bad decision to come here.

Pretty sure they burnt the duck and decided to serve all the burnt bits to me. The burnt chicken tastes very very bitter – my stomach was aching afterwards.
