Very nice staff. The food was EXCELLENT. The service was subpar, the waiter didn’t even check on us and see if we needed anything like water…She just served and left us..I hope they read this and actually make changes to their service. I would recommend it.

It was good, we ordered fried chicken and the small seafood boil. Server was nice and the atmosphere was chill. As stated by another reviewer, they seem to suffer while under large amounts of pressure. When me and my girl went, the place was empty.

Went with my mom for her birthday on a Tuesday night. We were the only ones in the restaurant until a family came as we were about to leave, so the ambiance was nothing noteworthy. The customer service was not bad but unfortunately I could not say the same for the food and drinks. The plating was okay as well as the portions. My mom ordered the curry coconut lobster with coconut water and I ordered the chicken and shrimp Alfredo with a blue lagoon. I was a bit disappointed with how mediocre the Alfredo was while the lobster and bammy was undercooked, and had no taste of curry or coconut at all!! The coconut water tasted as if it was diluted with water and was close to expiration while the blue lagoon tasted of pure syrup. Overall below average experience.

To be honest it’s a mix feeling, chef wasn’t too bad. I ordered a portion of things the shrimps were super small and worst with the shell on ♂️. Cashier awful no form of customer service. We had a new guy (reeche) who is not so yet familiar with the routine but he did an excellent job. Lobster slightly salt.

1 star ….. not even that, they deserved. When to the game shop with my grand children, after enjoying ourselves we decided to get.food…they saw the Ice-cream place and wanted to get Ice-cream first before going over to lucky crabs to eat….bought the Ice-cream and went over to order our food…only to be approached by a girl in red shirt who tells the children they can’t sit there to eat their Ice-cream at this point i was standing looking at their menu..by this time I over hard her conversation with the children and move towards her…then I ask what wasnthe problem??? ask her to repeat herself….I told her we were getting food from the placeand she said “it does not matter, the children cannot stay here and eat their Ice-cream” now lucky crabs nun of the 2 children was over 10 years old… and they were there with only one Adult…waiting to order lucky carbs food and to dine..what should I have done?? Leave them at a distance and allow them to eat their Ice-cream (this was our first time over there) and then order from lucky crabs??? With that said the lady who sell them the Ice-creamheard everythingand told them to sit on the chair….I am so upset from this stupid and dum customer services especially on children. I would lNEVER order food from there after you run the children???young lady it is disgusting with the way how you handle the situation and how you reacted to the children…yu need to be trained in good customer service… you don’t see how many children who are going missing because of lack of proper supper vision and lack of attendance? And to think that they wanted food from your establishment…. you told us, “no other food should come into the place”…yet still there was not a sign that read as such…. this establishment is not child friendly and I would never go back there…people do not take your children there..especially if they are eating a sweet or food of any kind…

My first visit was good one, and the food was very tasty, delicious, and properly prepared my lady had sweet and sour Lobster I had BBQ pork chops with garlic shrimp . The waiters or very friendly and polite jovial, always smiling, which is a good thing. Been dreaming of going back for the sweet n sour lobster anytime now

Was a solo trip for me as I always wanted to visit there. The food was cold when I received my garlic butter bucket . I asked to package it to go. However it was delicious and it was worth the money. I must say there was a pregnant staff member seemed to be working in the bar. She was very pleasant kept checking in with me which the waitress should have done but never did and one of the Sheff came from the kitchen to ask if I liked the food which I did. I just didn’t like the service received from the waitress as she mentioned she was the only one working that night. I understand being flustered However there was just three seated table including myself and I had to keep calling her to order or check the time frame for my meal. Anyway apart from the meal being cold it was delicious. Would’ve give the food a 5 star but it was too cold to eat hence brought it home. Oh thanks to that pregnant staff she made the difference with the service I received even gave me a free beer stated that they had a Wednesday special.

I was super excited to try this place and glad I finally did , overall service was good and the place had a nice vibe especially upstairs. I tried the lobster Mac and cheese and I must say I wish I would have ordered the chili wings instead . They were hot and tasted much better than my over cooked lobster Mac & cheese. Not only was my lobster chewy I found mold colored macaroni noodles after I had already left the resturant. I didn’t bother finishing it after that out of disgust. Dispite the findings I can see myself trying lucky crab again since my friends wings were good , But I would definetly keep an eye out next time before leaving.

Big up Mrs Smith our server, she did an excellent job. The food was well done and delicious. The recommendations she made was superb. We had ordered the seafood platter with lobster and it was amazing, enough of everything was in it, no complaints. It was my son’s birthday so he received a complimentary ice cream and it was Wednesday so we got a free beer with the meal.
